“Rebecca was great! She invited us for a meet and greet prior to booking. She communicated with me both via text and photos while I was away. She was willing to let my pick her up early and kept us up to date on how our puppy, Stormi, was doing during a very long extended stay as I was on an international trip for 2 weeks. She also had some other puppies who had the same energy level as our dog during her stay, so Stormi has someone to play with. Rebecca has a great fenced in back yard where the pups can run and play!”

“Jim took great care of our 9 1/2 y/o black lab mix. Alex has Cushing's Disease and drinks a lot of water. Then needs to go out a lot. Jim was very accepting of this. He provided lots of walks with Alex and time to explore the world. We were away one night and Jim provided multiple pictures of Alex out on walks and enjoying himself. Alex was very happy staying with Jim. We would not hesitate to use him again.”

“Grant and Yunrui were outstanding caring for our dog for over 10 days. They were kind, responsive, responsible, and flexible. Our dog, who can be challenging in that she does not like other dogs and is skeptical of strangers, quickly warmed up to Grant and Yunrui. They kindly cared for our dog, walking her several times a day, playing with her often, and even helping to settle her stomach and otherwise calming her. 10/10 rating for them! Will be using them again for our dog (13 years old Austrian Cattle Dog Mix). Look no further if you want the best care for your pet!”

Michelle was wonderful with my boys! What I appreciated most was her daily updates — she kept me informed about how they were settling in, how they were adjusting to a new environment, and how they were getting along with her own fur girls. The photos she sent were such a comfort while I was away. Her communication was also excellent. When a potential marking issue came up, she handled it thoughtfully and professionally — she was open to using diapers instead of crating, which I really appreciated her flexibility on. The one area I’d note is that she seemed to have a busy work schedule, as we all do… When I returned, Huku’s (senior) diaper was full, suggesting he had not been out for a while that day— something to keep in mind if regular outdoor breaks are important for your pups. But overall, Michelle is super caring and communicative sitter who genuinely looks after your dogs. I would certainly ask her again!
Diego was a Fantastic dog sitter for my dog Jenny. He made sure to update me at least once every 2 days with lots of pictures! He also made sure she had adequate exercise, taking her to the dog park with his dog to run around and play. He also kept up with her schedule of feeding and her medical needs. I would highly recommend Diego, and will definitely use him again when I need a dog sitter.
Jessica was amazing with my senior English Bulldog. I went away for a holiday for my best friend’s wedding. I was a little nervous about leaving Desi, as he can be reactive so we scheduled a meet up beforehand. This gave me some peace of mind when Desi made himself right at home. Jessica was great about sending updates throughout my trip and was able to easily manage Desi’s supplements and high maintenance behavior.
This was my first time using Rover while going out of town and Melissa did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable from the meet and greet prior and all the updates/ pictures throughout the day. I would recommend her to anyone looking for good care for your furry friend :)
MC is THE BEST! I have a senior dog and I know that MC is experienced with senior dogs and every picture I get shows me that Jezabel is so calm and relaxed. She was super flexible with me in accommodating some additional days that I had requested before the original booking. Also, she lives in a place with lots of grass and little hills for doggies to climb. MC is my go-to sitter for my sweet girl, and I highly recommend using her to care for your baby.
Jessica was absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive with our dog, Duke. Since we’ve only ever been away from him once before, we were a bit nervous, but she made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. It was clear from the start that Duke was in great hands. She provided thoughtful care, stayed attentive to his needs, and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. We truly appreciate the level of care and attention she gave our pup. Mike & his wife were fantastic sitters for Charlie! They were happy to schedule a meet-&-greet beforehand between their dog (Deji) & Charlie at a nearby park and were super easy to talk to about care instructions. They went above and beyond with taking Charlie on nature adventures and didn't miss a beat with sharing frequent picture/video updates of Charlie. I was confident they took great care of Charlie and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future.
