“My dog Batman had a wonderful stay with Vanessa and Geoffrey. They have a great set up and were very attentive and loving towards my dog. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be booking again in the future!”

“Rebecca is great and is always our go-to for the care of our puppy. She is very responssive and always keeps us updated on the care of our boy with pictures and messages. Second to none. Thank you, Rebecca!”

“Rosalina and her family are incredible. Roscoe was well cared for and so happy. Rosalina sent me pictures throughout the stay and she even bathed Roscoe before I picked him up because he got dirty playing outside. Highly recommend (and I am a very nervous dog mom).”

“There aren’t enough kind words to describe the experience that I had with Jenn. What an amazing individual. She took excellent care of Harlow and was extremely flexible with my schedule. She let me drop off my dog the night before at no extra charge, and she sent pictures and updates every day to help ease my mind. She and her son took Harlow on walks each day, and she let her sleep with her in her bed (which is how my dog is most comfortable). She even sent her home with some little doggy treats. I highly recommend Jenn!”

“Ana was very sweet. It was my dog's first time with her and she had a great time. Ana let Godiva take her time to warm up to her and feel comfortable, she took her on walks, and also let her play with her pup. Ana was very communicatove and sent me photos, My dog enjoyed her stay! I will definitely be using Ana again.”

“This was our second time boarding with Michael, Aliana, an Deji- they’ve been consistently wonderful. They’re communicative, attentive, and take excellent care of Otto. Will absolutely book again.”

“Michelle was awesome! I was nervous about leaving my dog in a boarding facility since I had only adopted Peggy from a rescue a few months ago. Michelle gave her a warm, home-like environment where I knew she was safe and well cared for while my family was on vacation. She sent daily updates, took great care of Peggy, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was out of town. Michelle was also incredibly responsive both before and after the booking, which made the entire experience stress-free. I'm extremely grateful for her help and wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a caring, reliable dog sitter!”

“Sabine is EXCELLENT! Not only did she take excellent care of my two little Yorkies, she went above and beyond in their care. I fell I’ll while on my trip and had to delay my return by a day. She was understanding and incredibly helpful, even picking up extra food for them. I can tell my little pups loved her and her dogs. She is kind, loving, very observant, and an excellent communicator. Now knowing I have someone I can trust wholeheartedly, makes me feel so much better when considering going out of town. THANK YOU, Sabine!”
“She took care of my gizmo really well. Gizmo can be a hot mess sometimes and she took care of her really good. Jessica did well with keeping up with gizmos medication. We definitely be taking our other pets and gizmo back to her.”
“Loki enjoyed his stay with Camila and her family. She sent us pictures and told us how he was doing each day while we were on our trip. Her kids were good to Loki. He is a rescue and I am sure he was anxious to be left again. Camila understood and made sure he had lots of snuggles pets to and treats. We appreciate them giving him lots of love on his first time away from home.”

“Candace is nothing short of an Angel! My dog Ace has been with been with her several times and I thoroughly trust her with him. This last sitting was super last minute and Candace definitely saved the day (week). Don’t walk…run over to book with Candace. She treats Ace just like he was her own pup, I love getting the photo updates, and she’s just an overall amazingly sweet person!!!”

“Cookie really enjoyed her stay with Sarah! From start to finish, Sarah was incredibly communicative and made me feel at ease while I was away. I especially appreciated the regular updates and adorable pictures she sent—they truly brightened my day. It’s clear Sarah genuinely cares for the furry family she watches. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Mary watched my two dogs a total of four times for three days at a time, and I waited till the last visit to write a review. Mary is absolutely awesome. My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. This just made me feel good about leaving them in her care and that she had his best interest. She truly wants the best for them. She is the first person my dog has ever ran up to invitingly and was not timid of. I will definitely be going back to Mary if I’m in need of a good dog sitter.”

“This is the first time I used this app. I was very pleased from the “meet and greet” to the time I dropped off my pet for boarding. I received pics every day. This kept me connected with my pet. Nancy took good care of my pet. I will use her again.”

“Kelly was awesome, she kept me updated and sent lots of photos. I could tell my Labrador Retreiver had a fun time while there. Kelly has quite an extensive assortment of dog toys, to help keep her dog and my dog entertained. She also took him to the dog park and he got to play with other dogs too. Thanks so much Kelly, great job!”

About: In the past I have... 🐾Helped take care of my Sister's Golden Retriever when I was in elementary school/high school. 🐾Taken care of my dog that was half Golden Retriever/Rottweiler when I was in high school/college. When I started making money for myself, I provided my dog Blue Wilderness food from Petco or Petsmart according to my dog's age. I also provided a car ramp and my old bed when my dog got old. I still remember the days when I would go to pet-friendly restaurants with my dog. I am now 38 y/o. 🐾Helped take care of my Parents' 2 Beagles in adulthood. 🐾When my Husband was younger, he also had experience taking care of his Doberman/Bloodhound. 🐾Hubby and I both love dogs! We also have 1 child together that is 3 y/o and gentle. Our Daughter also loves dogs! I have decided this time around I can be a pet-sitter over the weekends & extended due to federal holidays. I wanted to prepare my Daughter for school coming up soon, so this pocket money will help, fortunately with me and my Husband's dog expertise. 🗓I am normally available to pet-sit/go out with your dog from Friday evening when I get home - Monday evening (sometimes Tuesday evening if there is a federal holiday on Monday). If you need longer pet-sitting, please communicate with me and I'll coordinate to make it work out with my Hubby to back-up. My Mom already helps baby-sit our toddler. 🏡I have a fenced yard. If you believe your dog can hop the fence, I can provide a dog tie cable. I don't like keep dogs out too long unattended unless I'm with them due to other animals, outside temperature, etc. I care for dogs like I care for my toddler. I usually take dogs out for restroom 4x or more depending if they are showing signs they want to go outside to use the grass for restroom.
The median cost per night for dog boarding in Dale City is $50
Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Dale City
We had a great experience with Michael and Alaina and would absolutely book with them again! They have a beautiful, spacious home with a large fenced yard that gave our dogs plenty of room to run around and play. One of the highlights was that our dogs became great friends with their dog, Deji. They had so much fun playing together, and it was clear from the updates that everyone was getting along wonderfully. We also really appreciated the daily photos and videos they sent. Seeing our dogs happy, relaxed, and having a great time gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was reassuring to know they were safe, well cared for, and treated like part of the family. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter!
Ana was very sweet. It was my dog's first time with her and she had a great time. Ana let Godiva take her time to warm up to her and feel comfortable, she took her on walks, and also let her play with her pup. Ana was very communicatove and sent me photos, My dog enjoyed her stay! I will definitely be using Ana again.

Michelle and her family took really great care of our Fiona! She definitely enjoyed her time there especially with the kids! Michelle provided photos and updates on Fiona’s seven day boarding and was super easy to reach to for any questions we may have. Thank you Michelle and family for giving our Fiona the extra love, care, and attention while we were away ❤️

Bryant and the family were outstanding. They took such great care of my fur baby Chance. They gave constant updates and videos of their interactions and having fun with the doggie! They were by far my he best caregivers we have ever had using Rover. I definitely recommend them and hopefully they will be available for the next time. Thanks again for taking such good care of Chance!!!

We left our dog, Peaches, with Eileen for two weeks while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. Eileen was incredibly loving, attentive, and treated Peaches as if she were her own. Throughout our trip, she was very responsive and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely loves animals and enjoys caring for them. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Eileen, for taking such wonderful care of Peaches! 🐾❤️

What a relief that I found Nancy! I knew from the moment we met that she genuinely loves and cares about dogs!! She took great care of our little guy, sent multiple pictures daily during his stay, and made everything so easy. We found a winner and will absolutely seek her out again!

Jessica was amazing with my senior English Bulldog. I went away for a holiday for my best friend’s wedding. I was a little nervous about leaving Desi, as he can be reactive so we scheduled a meet up beforehand. This gave me some peace of mind when Desi made himself right at home. Jessica was great about sending updates throughout my trip and was able to easily manage Desi’s supplements and high maintenance behavior.

Emmanuel is amazing with my puppy! She was such at ease with him and his family! I was kept up-to-date on her days and nights that they spent together. Emmanuel is very observant, caring, and communicative! He brought out her playful side, and I loved the sweet videos and pictures he sent. We will absolutely use him again!

This was my first time using Rover while going out of town and Melissa did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable from the meet and greet prior and all the updates/ pictures throughout the day. I would recommend her to anyone looking for good care for your furry friend :)
