“Gabriela was great with our dogs. She ensured to reach out to us when one of our dogs was having trouble settling in. She has severe separation anxiety and Gabriela went the extra mile to ensure she got the proper medication in order to settle down and be comfortable. She provided multiple pictures and updates per day. Will definitely request her again in the future.”

We would highly recommend Heather anytime. Heather took care of one of our pups that needed medication 2X a day, which was a great relief. It’s tough finding a great sister that will treat your pups the way you do! I think they had such a great time, they would have wanted to stay longer if they could. “Miguelina and her daughter did a wonderful job with communicating with me, especially when I mentioned it was my first time using Rover. They also would send pictures of Langley and he looked happy and like he was having a great time, which made it easier for me while I was gone. They do seem take multiple dogs at a time, which is fine, but it would have been nice to see Langley playing with other dogs and when he was getting walked for me to know he was getting walked.”

“First time Rover user and also new in town. When my husband and I found out we had to do a last-minute trip 2 weeks ago, we didn’t know where to go. Luckily we found Serena (Fnu) on Rover and based on good reviews, we decided to contact her. We had such a great experience with her. She was very friendly, professional and above all very wonderful to our three senior dogs. They came home happy, safe, and well-fed. Serena was super easy to work with, flexible and understanding. She sent us lots of pics of our dogs while we were away. Her fenced backyard gave me such a peace of mind. I was apprehensive using Rover for the first time but we really found a great dog sitter. We surely will be repeat customers with Serena!”

“Lilo’s stay with Julie was great. She was very responsive to messages and sent lots of pictures. The meet and greet at her house was also good. She has her own 2 dogs and cats that Lilo was fine with. Julie also knows how to handle the dogs if they get into something with each other which is good. Of note, she does sit other dogs at the same time so it is something to be aware of but I felt very good leaving Lilo with Julie and her family. I would definitely use her again.”
