About: Hi! My name is Sarah. I grew up taking care of our family dog, rabbit, guinea pigs and fish. I feel comfortable and confident walking/caring for all different sizes and ages of dogs due to previously working for a dog walking/pet sitting company in the NOVA area during 2016-2017. During that year, I was also was responsible for overnight stays, and day time cat visits. My primary experience with pet care since that time has been taking care of my own dog (his name is Rudy, he is a toy poodle who has been the best friend we could dream of for almost 10 years and counting). I am in the medical field and am currently in between jobs, which allows my schedule to be flexible. I am available every weekday (and most weekends). For house sitting, I will keep to your desired schedule. I can stay and keep your pets company all day (as long as my Rover schedule allows, feel free to ask me!) or visit multiple times throughout the day before staying overnight. For dog walking, your dog’s safety is my top priority. I will avoid other dogs and if walking 2 dogs at the same time, I use a waist leash. I prefer to use a harness and non-retractable leashes (when available). Before or after their walk, we can also play fetch/play with toys inside or outside (if you have a fenced in yard). For cat visits, I am happy to clean their litter boxes, feed them, and play with them inside your home (only if they are interested, of course!) For either dogs or cats, I am able to administer oral or injectable medication if needed.

About: I have petsat for family and friends for the past 4 years. I have experience with senior pets and taking care of medication and exercise, managed multiple dogs while house sitting for multiple weeks, and taken up requests from families I have not met the day before and petsit late night for multiple pets with different needs. I am currently working freelance and on my own schedule so I am available almost all days of the week since I adjust my own hours. I have no problem with taking pets on walks or trips to get their energy out. I have experience with crates, and helping less mobile dogs when needed.

About: I’ve taken care of many types of dogs, breed, age, and attitude wise. I’ve been considered very reliable and efficient with the way I work with dogs. I have 3 of my own and I treat any other dog as if they were my own. This profile is for my 15 year old daughter, monitored by her parents. I recently moved from Fort Knox, Kentucky, relocated Fort Belvoir. This are a dual military family. My daughter is a high school student. During the summer she has full availability for pet sitting, walks, and drop ins throughout the day. During the school year she is available after school hours (after 3:30). She can also provide morning pr evening care depending on the booking. When caring for pets in a clients home, I follow the routine instructions given by the owner.
