“There's something about her - my dog just instantly loved her. He loves everyone, but with Leah it was more of a calm "oh yeah" than his normal manic excitement over guests. She's a gem. She is communicative and reliable, putting my mind at ease.”

“Macy is awesome! She is so understanding, patient, and loving with our two labs (including one that takes a while to warm up)! Macy has excellent communication and is always on time, often early. It gives me such peace of mind to see how much our dogs love their weekly walks with her!”

About: I’ve been taking care of numerous dogs since I was 11 years old. I am very experienced and love dogs. Friends and family always know that their dog is in great care with me. I am a full time student, who plays basketball. I am very good with managing my time wisely. After school I am free to take care of pets. I have a small yard in the back that is fully fenced. I also have two loving dogs who can keep your dog company. If your dog is crate trained I can put them in there or they can roam free, whatever is comfortable for you.

“We had the pleasure of having Natalie take care of our dog while we were on vacation, and we couldn't be more pleased with her service. She was absolutely wonderful with administering our dog's medications, ensuring they were given exactly as prescribed. Natalie also followed our dog's walking and feeding schedule to a tee, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We returned home to a very happy and well-cared-for pup. We highly recommend Natalie to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

About: Hi! I’m Ahmed. I’ve spent over four years working in an animal hospital, so caring for dogs is something I’m very comfortable with and truly enjoy. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs, different sizes, personalities, and energy levels and that experience has taught me how to stay calm, read body language, and always put a dog’s comfort and safety first. Dogs honestly bring me a lot of peace, and I love getting to know each one’s personality. Some dogs want long, energetic walks, others prefer a slower pace with plenty of time to sniff, I’m happy to adjust to whatever your dog enjoys most. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and I treat every dog like my own. My goal is for your dog to have a great time and for you to feel completely at ease knowing they’re in good hands. I'm a full-time dog walker that makes me available for 7 days a week from 5:00AM to 8:00PM. I can work with your schedule if need be! I will not let you pet unattended and wont leave your pet unleashed on a unfenced garden I'm sure that your furry companion will have a great time with me. Have installed camera and monitor in the boarding rooms
About: Hi! My name is Sarah. I grew up taking care of our family dog, rabbit, guinea pigs and fish. I feel comfortable and confident walking/caring for all different sizes and ages of dogs due to previously working for a dog walking/pet sitting company in the NOVA area during 2016-2017. During that year, I was also was responsible for overnight stays, and day time cat visits. My primary experience with pet care since that time has been taking care of my own dog (his name is Rudy, he is a toy poodle who has been the best friend we could dream of for almost 10 years and counting). I am in the medical field and am currently in between jobs, which allows my schedule to be flexible. I am available every weekday (and most weekends). For house sitting, I will keep to your desired schedule. I can stay and keep your pets company all day (as long as my Rover schedule allows, feel free to ask me!) or visit multiple times throughout the day before staying overnight. For dog walking, your dog’s safety is my top priority. I will avoid other dogs and if walking 2 dogs at the same time, I use a waist leash. I prefer to use a harness and non-retractable leashes (when available). Before or after their walk, we can also play fetch/play with toys inside or outside (if you have a fenced in yard). For cat visits, I am happy to clean their litter boxes, feed them, and play with them inside your home (only if they are interested, of course!) For either dogs or cats, I am able to administer oral or injectable medication if needed.

My boy, Henry, and I are repeat customers and so very thankful for Miranda! She walks Henry on a weekly basis and I know he looks forward to her visits! Knowing she had experience with a dog who just went through ACL surgery gave me so much added peace of mind. Highly recommend Miranda!
