About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, especially cats and dogs. I grew up in a home with multiple pets, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve owned both cats and dogs since childhood and have experience with all kinds of personalities, from playful and energetic to shy, senior, and everything in between. About: I’ve been a dog lover and pet owner for years! I have a Labrador who I’ve card for since she was just 8 weeks old, so I have firsthand experience with everything from the puppy stage to caring for an adult dog. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and plenty of attention, and of course, lots of love. I have also helped care for my neighbor’s dogs while they were away, including taking them on walks and making sure they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I treat every dog like I would my own and want owners to feel completely comfortable knowing their pet is in caring and attentive hands. I work part-time remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Since I’m home for much of the day, I’m available for regular walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and lots of companionship. My schedule also gives me flexibility throughout the week, so I can easily work pet care into my routine and make sure each pet gets attention and care they’re used to. My Lab, Holiday, is a very laid back girl, so I’m used to letting dogs settle into a routine that works for their individual personality and energy level. She eats twice a day and gets about four walks throughout the day, with plenty of time to relax and nap in between. When she’s awake and ready to play we spend lots of time together. Her personal version of fetch is seeing how many toys she can collect in her mouth at once, and she loves a good game of tug of war! I like to balance exercise, attention, and downtime, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s normal routine so they feel as comfortable and at home as possible.

About: Grew up caring for rescue dogs with my family. Currently have a rescue that I've had for 2 years as well as help care for 2 puppies. I currently work full-time, early morning to early afternoon. So I would be able to check in on pets or give some play/walk time in the afternoons/early evenings as well as all weekend In my own home my pets go on walks to relieve themselves due to living in an apartment. About: I've had dogs throughout my life growing up and have loved every minute of it! I grew up around big dogs but have cared for a variety of dog sizes and breeds. I don’t have a pet, so I'm hoping to create some strong and consistent relationships potentially with your pet. You get the quality care needed for your four-legged family member and I get some much-needed dog time! I'm currently a grad student and ideally would like to get into a regular routine between classes. I'm hoping to find some pet care opportunities a couple of times a week in the mornings/evenings and on the weekends. Ideally, I would prefer to take care of your pet where they are most comfortable, especially in their own home. In my experience I have found the dogs I care for to be less anxious when they are somewhere they are familiar with. My apartment is on the small side, so ideally I would only accept well trained, calm, smaller dogs. Before taking care of your fur baby, I prefer to discuss their care needs so that you and I feel confident about the match. I genuinely love and respect dogs and want you to feel trust in me during your time away from them.
