“Upon meeting Hieu and Anna we noticed how gentle , empathetic, and patient they were with our Cavalier Spaniels Arthur and Henry. They listened to our concerns and instructions with interest, & asked many questions about the boys needs, which made us feel comfortable. Our boys became cozy with them quickly , which was a great sign. Hieu and Anna took them on many long walks, accommodated the pups quirky needs, and gave them tons of love during our time away. As we asked for in home boarding they were able to come to our place to stay which made the boys feel more comfortable as they could stick to their routine. They updated us with regular photos which was so helpful. Hieu & Anna kept the place so clean and even left a sweet Polaroid photo of our pups when they left. There was a thunderstorm while we were gone, and Kerely exercised excellent judgment in helping Gracie through it. Kerely also was very thoughtful in how she took care of our house while we were gone. We would definitely ask Kerely to do this again!
I'm so happy to find McKenna. I had a last-minute overnight trip and needed someone to stay with my dog. Several days before the trip, she came over and got to know my dog and the house, and we decided to move forward. Everything worked out amazing.
