“Francis is a gentle and patient person. On our Meet & Greet, our dog Farah--who is very nervous around new people--jumped at her and would have bit her during an evening walk, but she was muzzled. Nonetheless, Francis came for a second M&G inside the house, and with the offering of treats, Farah warmed to her very quickly. I also like the fact that Francis is in the military, as this makes me feel more confident leaving her lone in the house. She sent us photos and promptly reported on a minor issue during the evening. Highly recommend!”

“I have never had anyone stay in my home to doggy sit while I was out of town, but my regular drop-off sitters were unavailable. I contacted Hieu and Anna about sitting in my home for my almost 15 year old furkid, Zoe. We did a meet and greet and I was instantly comfortable with both Hieu and Anna. Zoe was her usual standoffish self, but I knew she would be fine. Hieu and Anna showed up on time and took excellent care of Zoe while I was away! They took Zoe on long walks and a couple of car rides. They provided pictures and daily updates of their time with Zoe. It was evident, when I arrived home, that Zoe had been well cared for. They also took excellent care of my home while they were here! The place was cleaner than when I left! I recommend Hieu and Anna 1000%! I will definitely ask them to sit for Zoe in the future!”

When I travel, I never have to worry about anything because I know my cat is well-taken care of because Amena also takes time to play with her and gives her plenty of pets and love when she stops by. “We needed a special someone to care for our dog Pepper in our home while we were away for a week on a family vacation. Pepper is a senior dog on medications and a bit on the nervous side, and this was the longest we had left him alone…we were so nervous! Romy put us at ease right from the start. Pepper took to her right away and it was immediately evident that Romy has a natural love for dogs. She stayed at our house for a week taking him regularly for walks, having snuggle time, and sending us happy pictures of the two of them together every day. And she can be firm when she needs to be: Pepper is on a strict diet and begs for table food constantly, yet Romy had a wonderful way of letting him know the boundaries. When we came home, the house was in perfect shape as we left it, and Pepper seemed more happy to see Romy than he was us! We were so glad to have Romy care for Pepper and put us at ease so we could enjoy our family reunion. We would have Romy back in a heartbeat, and hope others have the opportunity to meet her and have her care for their fur babies as well :-)”
