ONLY HYPOALLERGENIC DOGS🐶 Hi there! I’m Laia and I live in the Mt. Vernon area with my partner in a house with a 0.5-acre fenced backyard. I work from the office some days a month, but otherwise, I’m home and have a pretty flexible schedule. Since my routine can vary, I’m looking to host dogs who are comfortable being alone for a few hours and don’t have separation anxiety. We don’t have any pets or kids at home, and due to allergies, we can only host hypoallergenic pups. Can’t wait to meet your furry friend!

Laia was Riley’s first sitter through Rover. He was very anxious when he arrived at her house but she was so patient with him. She kept me updated sharing that he was settling in (and sent a photo) and by the end of his visit she said he had been great.
Our dogs had the best time with Laia! She’s a great photographer, too. The pics were adorable. Look forward to booking again with her.
Laia was great, she was communicative, providing photos and updates every day. Both of my girls seemed to really enjoy having a nice backyard to run around in and were in good spirits when I picked them up. When my flight was delayed, she was willing to accommodate, which I appreciated because it was already a stressful situation. I look forward to the girls being able to have future stays with her.
So happy we found Laia on here! She is everything every review says! Very communicative, takes great pictures, and she is also just so friendly! The moment I stepped into her home I knew my dog was in a safe space with a very kind person! Her backyard is also massive! I could tell my dog had such a fun time! Cooper had another amazing vacation with Laia. Her backyard is dog heaven! She sent me daily updates with photos and I could tell he was having the very best time at Cooper Camp. Laia is always our first choice to watch Cooper and we’ve even adjusted our travel days just to make sure he can stay with her. I’m sure he didn’t miss me at all he was so happy on his Laia vacation.

Some days I’ll be working from the office for about 5 hours, and other days I’ll be home—my schedule changes week to week. I really enjoy having a dog around for company, so I’m looking for pups who are comfortable being on their own for a bit and don’t have separation anxiety.

In my home, pets have access to a spacious 0.5 acre fenced backyard, perfect for running, playing, and enjoying the outdoors safely. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of green areas and nearby trails. I aim to provide a calm, safe, and comfortable environment where pets can feel at home while getting plenty of outdoor time and attention.

I love spending quality time with the dogs I watch. We start the day with a walk, and throughout the day, I offer potty breaks and playtime in our large fenced backyard. After work, we enjoy another walk around the neighborhood or nearby trails. On weekends, I have more free time and often take dogs for longer walks on the Mt. Vernon Trail or let them run and explore off-leash in the yard.
