Work-from-home family of dog lovers
As a child and later as an adult I was privilege to raise several dogs. Now I have a teen (the youngest of our four kids) who shares my love of canines. As a stay-at-home mom who works from home, I am blessed with flexibility and time for furry friends. Additionally, my teen studies at home. Called the "dog whisperer," she devotes herself to canines. We live in a large house with ample space and expansive fenced yard. There is nothing we enjoy more than playing fetch in this space. Dogs have the option of sleeping at the foot of beds or sometimes even in the middle! Although we typically prioritize one dog a time, we occasionally overlap dogs for stays. We especially enjoy hosting dog siblings from the same family. Sadly, we are not able to receive Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix dogs.

Carmen and family took great care of our corgi over a weekend. They are experienced, shared frequent updates, and gave our pup loads of love.
Carmen and her family took amazing care of our dog, Finley. Finley is shy at first, and Carmen was very patient and loving. Carmen kept us updated with plenty of photos and messages on how Finley was doing and all the fun she was having. We will definitely trust Carmen with Finley’s care in the future.
Carmen and her family were absolutely terrific with our shy pup Roxy! They gave her lots of love and attention and I was never concerned about any safety or health issues. Roxy enjoyed their very large back yard as well as the walks in their quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent, with lots of pictures. Hopefully we will have the chance to do it all again!
Carmen and her family took such incredible care of Frankie—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we dropped her off, it was clear she was going to be treated like part of the family. She got so much attention, love, and playtime, and their large backyard was an absolute dream for her. It honestly felt like Frankie was on her own little vacation weekend. We came back to a happy, relaxed dog, which says everything. Carmen was communicative, thoughtful, and clearly genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. We highly recommend Carmen and will absolutely be bringing Frankie back again!
Miso was loved and cared for attentively! We looked forward to getting our frequent updates and pics and we could see that Miso was loving his new home away from home! Highly recommend Carmen and her family - so thoughtful and intentional about knowing all of the little details about our pup.

Schedule
As we work and study at home, it is wonderful to have a canine companion at our home and in our neighborhood walks. As we have no dog of our own, yours will be "top dog!"

Safety, trust & environment
We prioritize one dog at a time. However, sometimes two dogs will overlap in stay. Fortunately, we have more than one floor to keep them separate and plenty of people at home to give love and attention.
A typical day
We are a home of dog snugglers who also like a long walk. Throwing for fetch is one of our favorite pastimes. Dogs are allowed on beds if it is fine with you. We will follow your rules.
