Caring for animals is part of my daily life. My husband and I have dogs and a cat, so I’m always in pet-care mode: walking, playing, feeding, and making sure they’re happy and comfortable. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which means I’m home most of the day and can give pets plenty of attention, outdoor time, and company throughout the day and evening.

Creating a safe, calm, and happy environment for pets is my top priority. At home, our dogs and cat are treated like family: they have their own cozy spaces, regular walks, lots of playtime, and plenty of affection. I always take the time to understand each pet’s individual needs and make sure they feel comfortable, whether it’s sticking to their usual routine or giving extra attention to nervous pets. I pay close attention to safety, making sure doors and gates are secure, walks are done with care, and playtime is always supervised. I keep a clean, pet-friendly home with no toxic plants or unsafe items, and I’m happy to follow any special care instructions you provide to make sure your pet feels happy and secure, just like at home.

A typical day
Since I have an active lifestyle and enjoy working out, spending time outside with animals is one of my favorite parts of the day, it keeps both of us happy and healthy. A typical day with me is all about making your pet feel happy, safe, and engaged. We usually start with a morning walk or outdoor play, I love running around with dogs, tossing balls or sticks, and making sure they get their energy out in a fun, positive way. During the day, I spend time with them based on their needs, whether it’s training, playtime, or just relaxing together while I work from home. I also love playing with cats using feather wands, little bouncy balls, or even a good game of hide and seek, it’s always fun to match their energy. Evening time means more outdoor time for dogs, calm play, and winding down with cuddles and affection. I always adapt to each pet’s routine and personality, so they feel safe, loved, and truly at home.

With over 15 years of pet care experience, animals have always been a huge part of my life. My husband and I currently have two medium-sized dogs and a Maine Coon cat, all living together happily; we’ve built a calm, friendly environment where everyone gets along. Back home in Ukraine, I also have a cat who I trained to do tricks like sit, lie down, and give me both right and left paw. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, including puppies and senior animals, and I love spending time teaching pets fun, positive skills. We’re true animal lovers in our home, our friends regularly trust us to care for their pets, knowing they’ll be treated like family. We also actively donate to animal shelters around the world, because we believe every pet deserves love and care.

Lana stayed with our cat for 5 nights and 6 days. With the kids leaving us for grad schools, we decided to have a family get away. We've never left our youngest member of the family without one of us at home. The cat has separation anxiety and we haven't gone anywhere ever since Cashmere was rescued. It was stressful trying to find the right sitter. We're so thankful for Lana. It was such a joy whenever we received updates from Lana. We got photos and videos. Lana even asked questions on how to make things more comfortable for Cashmere. I'm pretty sure that Cashmere is now wondering where her new friend has gone. We're definitely going to use Lana again in the future. I highly recommend Lana for your fur babies.
Lana took wonderful care of our three cats. All of them absolutely loved her and she was great at communicating with us and sent lots of pictures throughout the stay. She was also an amazing houseguest and went totally above and beyond by taking great care of our place. We felt so comfortable with her taking care of our babies while she was away and would definitely recommend her.
Lana and Jackson were such excellent and accommodating hosts for my kitten Orpheus. He’d never interacted with a dog before and so they had him separated from their two the entire week that they had him. I was sent pictures and videos daily that kept me up to date with his condition and I was able to see that they were playing with him and keeping him very active and well fed. Their Maine Coon Luffy is a calm sweetheart who was nonreactive to my kittens boundary pushing so I’m sure he would take well to the temperament of any animal you’d leave with them. Overall 10/10 hosts, would recommend. Very accommodating, very sweet, very good environment
Lana and Jackson are dear friends, they've helped out me and my husband with watching our animals over the years. As a professional petsitter myself, I can attest they are both incredibly competent and trustworthy. I'm very picky and anxious whenever I have to leave my girls with someone else, but I have no worries or concerns at all if they're with Lana. She's so kind, patient, confident, and experienced. Both cats and dogs love her, my kitty Sagwa is obsessed. Lana showed me how she trained one of her cats to perform tricks on command, that level of patience and understanding is unmatched! I highly recommend her for any of your pet care needs.
