About: I’ve spent over 12 years working professionally in veterinary medicine (emergency and critical care, surgery, anesthesia, recovery, and everything in between) and I genuinely love every bit of it. Give me a nervous senior pup, a giant breed who thinks they’re a lapdog, or a dog who just needs a little extra patience, and I’m in my element. I’m comfortable giving medications, caring for senior and special-needs pets, keeping an eye out for anything that seems off, and staying calm and steady with animals who are scared or stressed. To me, making an animal feel safe is just as important as taking care of everything on the checklist. But honestly, my love for animals started long before my career did. I’ve been caring for pets for most of my life, and these days that includes my own Greater Swiss Mountain Dog — so big and giant breeds have a very special place in my heart! I know it’s a big deal to hand your pet over to someone else, and my goal is always to make that handoff feel easy for both of you. Tell me your routine and I’ll follow it to the letter. About: I've taken care of many dogs, and a few cats, for many years. Friends and family know how much I love animals, so most of my past sitting experience has fallen into my lap. Once, a family friend who had moved to California flew me out to take care of her Hungarian Vizsla while she was away. I have experience with senior animals, including understanding mobility issues and giving supplements along with meals I currently work part-time and remote, so I am very flexible with my schedule. I occasionally have scheduled calls, but they aren't usually long, and I can work around them pretty easily. I'm always happy to play games with pets, whether that's throwing a ball to be retrieved, or exploring something else in the toy collection. But I'm also happy to let the dog or cat lie down and rest, while checking in regularly to make sure that they don't need an outdoor break or water refill, etc.

Pam took very good care of our two cats. Unfortunately our rambunctiou 10-month old kitten injured his leg (not her fault) shortly after we left for two weeks and she ended up taking him to the vet twice, administering his meds, and looking after him while he was confined to one room on vet's orders to help him heal. Through it all she was very caring and concerned and kept us fully informed on what was going on. Knowing she had trained as a vet tech reassured us that the cats were in good hands and let us enjoy the rest of our vacation.
Anna is a top notch pup sitter. I’m a crazy dog dad and Anna exceeded all expectations. Our dog has some separation anxiety and Anna more than accommodated his needs and made us feel very comfortable while we were gone for a couple days. She regularly provided updates which included pictures and videos. We will not hesitate to use Anna as our go-to dog sitter!
Sharon did an amazing job with Wrigley! She sent updates with out an asking along with great photos. She left my mace cleaner than she found it. She also left a nice little package for Wrigley when she left including some great photos and a very sweet card! I highly recommend Sharon and will definitely use again.
