Growing up, we always had two (sometimes three!) large dogs at a time. ABOUT MY SERVICES I'm equally comfortable housesitting at your place or boarding your pet at my pet-friendly apartment in Logan Circle. When I housesit, I treat every home as my own and will always leave your home the way I found it (or maybe even cleaner!). EXPERIENCE I've taken care of dogs and cats separately, as well as dogs and cats in the same family! In multiple instances, up to 4 animals have been under my care at the same time. 🥰 With dogs, I am very comfortable with large breeds and breeds of all temperaments. Had a great experience with Allie house sitting our two pups! She sent regular updates and photos, and left our house just as we found it. Would highly recommend!
This is our second time using Allie and she has consistently been wonderful with our girls - she is extremely communicative, very attentive to our dogs’ needs, and always takes amazing care of our house. We will definitely be using Allie again and cannot recommend her enough!

Schedule
I work remotely, so we'll have plenty of opportunities to go outside and explore! *My pick-up and drop-off times are extremely flexible. I will work with your schedule!

Safety, trust & environment
I can welcome pets in my home or I can care for them in your home—whichever is best for you and your pet(s)! I’ve stayed in many owners’ homes. I’m extremely clean and respectful of your private space. I can also take care of other tasks while you’re away (i.e., watering plants, collecting mail, washing dishes, etc.). While you're away, I'll send you frequent updates, photos, and videos of your pet to keep you informed!
A typical day
I love being outside, so your pet and I (but mostly your pet) will explore the unique smells of the neighborhood we're in and visit nearby parks! I’m also a runner—if your pup is keen, we can run together! I have my own stash of toys and treats, but I’ll be sure to check with you first to see what your pet likes/doesn't like.
