“We have used Rachelle a few times now. Twice for day trips and most recently for several days and over nights. My animals bonded with her instantly. Even my cat that’s can not be bothered to like anyone loves Rochelle. I never worry about them when she’s with them. She seems to really care about the animals. Beyond that she leaves my apartment as she found it no matter how much I tell her to make herself at home. We highly recommend her and will continue to use her in the future!”

This is her second time watching my cat, and this time there was an emergency in my building that caused evacuation and she ensured my cat was safe and even thought about stepping away from the building due to the sirens and grabbing extra food in case there was a longer issue. I cannot thank her enough. I came back to a clean apartment and well cared for cat. I highly recommend.”

“Incredible experience with Matthew! Before the actual stay, Matthew was able to coordinate a meet-and-greet, as well as swing by our place the night before we were leaving to say hi to our pup and make sure we were ready to go. During the stay, Matthew was able to provide updates and care for our pup - we weren’t worried at all. We had a cancelled flight coming home, unfortunately, and Matthew was able to stay at our place for an extra day and a half. He had no problem doing that, and truly made the entire experience exceptional. I will absolutely ask Matthew to watch our pup again! Look no further, he’s great.”

“I cannot say enough about how wonderful Leslie is. From the start of our communication to the day we had our meet and greet, I had a good feeling about her due largely to her excellent communication. My two dogs are a handful and I interviewed several sitters before meeting Leslie. I am always apprehensive about leaving my dogs because of how high energy they are, but she put my mind at ease with thoughtful/introspective statements about her approach to and experience dog sitting. My usually skittish and guarded Silky Terrier warmed up to Leslie right away and in one of the early pictures was belly up on the couch waiting for attention and pets. Leslie kept the dogs on their schedule with long Arboretum walks and gave them the best possible care I could ask for. As others have mentioned, she was transparent with arrival/departure times and communicative with pics and texts during the visit. She kept my home tidy and loved my dogs - what more could anyone ask for in a dog sitter? Leslie is not only the type of person I want taking care of my dogs, she is the type of person I would love to have as a friend. She even stepped in to water my plants while I was gone on another trip! She’s truly one of Rover’s best.”
