“Lauren was very communicative, left the apartment extremely clean, followed instructions, and took good care of our dog. When our trip got extended by a few hours, Lauren was very understanding and accommodating of staying with our dog a bit longer to close the gap. My neighbor also reached out saying that she saw Lauren with our dog in the hallway of our building and that she was doing a great job with her. Overall, we would definitely hire Lauren again!”
