Pet care experience

Excited to meet more cats and dogs!

I adopted a dog during the pandemic and share a cat with my husband. I grew up on a farm and would watch and care for the neighbors' animals while they were on vacation. I've been working on Rover for two years. I'm looking forward to meeting your pets and giving you some peace of mind while you're at work or on vacation. I work remotely, so I am available for housesitting, walks, and drop-ins as needed. Happy to make my schedule fit with yours!

Elizabeth was wonderful with my dogs, which was no easy task considering one is elderly and deaf and the other is young and full of it.

Elizabeth did great with our dog Heath. Despite his shy demeanor she brought out the best in him and they had a great time during the pet sitting session.

I can’t say enough great things about Elizabeth. She is thoughtful, proactive, and dependable. Our pup had a bit of a health scare while she was staying with him, and Elizabeth truly bent over backwards to ensure he was taken care of. She is an excellent communicator and impeccably dealt with a challenging situation (which was definitely more than she bargained for). We are forever indebted to her and would 100% use her again—I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Elizabeth was great, and it was clear she took great care of my 10 yo Welsh Terrier, Oliver, for the week! I would definitely use her again!

Please see the pet care experience section. The too long didn't read version: safety first. I love animals and treat them like my own family.

Pets

A typical day

I like to go on long walks on the Georgetown Canal, or to take my dog to local dog parks. I also have a long leash, so I can take dogs to parks and play fetch, yet have them safely on a leash.

I would like to know about any behavioral quirks or dietary needs your pet might have so I can take better care of them and the other dogs we might encounter on walks.
