“Absolutely excellent. We went on a long trip to Asia and the biggest thing for me was that I could actually enjoy my trip because I knew they were in great hands. She walked our dog daily in addition to playing with her outside in the backyard and really helped get her energy out and quality time. She was patient and kind with our cats and did an excellent job in finding ways to get them to take their medicine (3 of the 4 cats take medication). She cleaned our house throughout the stay but did a final clean on the day we got back and that was such a huge plus for us. It was nice coming home to happy animals and a clean house in order. She also went above and beyond by keeping everything clean, taking care of the litter boxes, and tidying up after my cats during her visits. When I returned home, my cats were happy, well cared for, and my apartment was just as clean as I had left it. Sam did an awesome job of taking care of Teddy for over 2 weeks. Teddy was our new rescue and we were a bit nervous leaving him since he is still a bit skittish. This was also our first time using Sam. But the daily love-fest of photos put us at ease right away. We got to see Teddy was receiving the best of care and loving.
