“Shane is a wonderful sitter. He was very communicative and I felt very confident that my kitty was in good hands with him. He made sure to let me know how she was doing while I've been gone, sent very cute pictures, and let me know how she was doing. Highly recommend, and I plan on asking for him to sit again in the future”

“Outstanding experience. Laura was incredibly professional and responsive, taking great care of our pets during the holidays. When we arrived back earlier than expected, Laura insisted on modifying the booking even though I offer to pay her for the originally agreed number of visits. We came home to happy cats and a clean, fresh-smelling home. Your cats are in great hands with her!”

About: At 16, I got my own dog and was in charge of her feeding, walking, and training (at home and at class). For 3 years, I lived with roommates who had 3 dogs (ages 6 months to 2 years) and I was trusted to watch them over weekends when my roommates were gone. Now that I’m living by myself, I have my very own 7 month old pup, so I am well versed in puppy personalities! I’m also doing leash training with my puppy, so I am getting a lot of practice with walking dogs and knowing what behaviors to look for. My parents were veterinarians, so I also have a lot of knowledge on pet behavior and health. I do work full time, but work remotely and can work in visits around my meetings. I also have the weekends free for pet care! I am a great listener, and a pet’s safety is always my top priority. If you have specific rules for your pet, I will adhere to them. I’m big on checking in the the owners, and sending pictures and updates!
About: I love dogs of all breeds and sizes! I had a lab growing up and have rescued 3x dogs since. I am off work this month, so I am hoping to help you take amazing care of your dogs near Old Town! I am off work all of April so I’m frequently available! Same day bookings accepted! I am available at all times during the month of April. I am comfortable around all types of dogs. I can run with or extensively play with your high energy dog if requested! For the more senior, sleepy, and smaller dogs, I give great pets!

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them is something I truly love. I currently have a cat at home in Old Town and have also helped care for family pets over the years, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of personalities and needs. I’m happy to help with walking, feeding, playtime, and making sure your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. I also have extensive experience caring for senior pets. My dog Max recently passed at 18 years old and required around the clock care, including medications, special feeding routines, and mobility support. That experience taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to handle more complex care with compassion. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone else, because I feel the same way. I treat every animal as if they were my own and make communication a priority. You can expect thoughtful updates and plenty of photos so you always feel connected and reassured while you’re away. I work remotely in Old Town and have flexibility with my job that would allow me to visit your pets in the morning, afternoon and evening. I don’t watch animals in my own other than my own but am happy to walk dogs or play inside as well as letting your cat out if that is something in their normal routine.
“Gracie saved us with a drop-in visit on Christmas Eve. She was kind to my over excited and lonely dog. Even took her on walks out in the bitter cold. Five out of five gold star service!”

About: Life long dog owner with experience and reliability. I currently have an 8 year old medium-sized Goldendoodle named Simon. He’s my best bud and is always ready for a walk or car ride for any adventure. I’ve owned several types of dogs throughout my life such as labradors, Lhasa Apsos, basset hounds, and mix breeds. I believe daily exercise and interaction is essential for dogs and it brings me so much joy to interact with a dog. I have experience with all dog sizes and have trained several puppies over the years. I’m very comfortable with older dogs as well and can give them medication if required. I spend my late afternoons and evenings coaching soccer, which means I have a good amount of free time during the late mornings and early afternoons to walk your dog or just give them a visit. I will take the upmost care for your dog during walks and closely monitor their behavior and interactions with others to ensure they enjoy their exercise and time outside.
“Elena took extra care of my cat while I was away on a business trip. She was very kind and thoughtful and went out of her way to go and check on my cat when my flight was cancelled on my way back home. I will definitely rebook Elena in the future!”

“This was the first time I left my cats alone so I was very nervous! Thankfully Kristin took great care of them and sent me plenty of pictures so I knew they were ok. She did a great job making sure they were fed, pet, and even got some play time in!”

“Andrea was super responsive from booking to the day-of and followed directions to a tea. She shared multiple photos even from a quick home visit which was appreciated. Our puppy was very happy!”

About: I am responsible and trustworthy. I have a family dog in Kansas City so I understand how important trust is when watching your pet. I miss being around dogs and would love to help take care of yours! I currently work at a law firm on King Street in Old Town but am available for drop ins during the day or in the evenings. I am very respectful when it comes to your home. I will make sure your dog is settled in and has what it needs before I leave.
“Deirdre did a fantastic job dropping in and walking Theo. So reassuring to have such reliable and kind care for my pup during my long days in the office.”

This was the second time that Shannon took care of our cats. She was communicative, have detailed updates, and took great pictures of our cats. All of this really helped us enjoy our trip because we knew Shannon was taking great care of them. Would recommend booking Shannon and will rebook again!

Kelsey was AMAZING!! She was super sweet and very communicative. My cat (Stella) is a bit scared of strangers, but Kelsey took the time to make her feel comfortable, and Stella opened up quickly around her. Kelsey went above and beyond with her by bringing her treats too. Overall, Stella seemed super happy under Kelsey’s care:)

Abbey is awesome! She took exceptional care of my kitties, one of whom requires oral meds twice daily. She’s thoughtful and communicative throughout. I so appreciate her care for the cats and things like plants during a heat wave. I’m thrilled to book Abbey again!

Ian did an amazing job caring for my very skittish rescue dog. Ian was patient, calm, and so responsive to Bean our rescue pup, that Bean really connected and obviously felt safe. Perfect dog whisperer. In addition, Ian left our home clean and was always on time. We will definitely use Ian again and again.
Naomylee did an outstanding job taking care of my dog, Athena—she was reliable, communicative, and made the entire process stress-free, even on short notice. She followed all instructions and went above and beyond, showing genuine care and attention. I had full confidence knowing Athena was in good hands and would highly recommend her.
