Elvia was absolutely amazing. After the meet-and-greet, I knew my cat would be safe. She went above and beyond, respected our home and instructions, and made sure my cat wasn’t having any discomfort. She also sent me pictures and even picked up our mail/packages. My cat is a sweet girl but I could tell she felt safe and comfy. Would 100% book again.
He was absolutely incredible! He was so attentive, reliable, and caring, and took amazing care of my doggies, Max and Annie. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!! they were in such great hands, and I felt completely comfortable knowing they were being well cared for. Emily is a phenomenal cat sitter; I highly, highly recommend! I've rebooked because she's so friendly, attentive to my cat, and she's super flexible. She's helped me resolve unexpected issues with my cat when I've been out of town twice now (like his LitterRobot getting disconnected from the wifi and some vomiting). She takes so much photos during her visits with my cat and she's SO thorough with her notes. It's hard to find a reliable cat sitter who you trust with your fur baby and your home and Emily is the first sitter I've felt this trust with.
This was my first time booking with Caroline, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! I felt completely comfortable leaving my animals in her care and genuinely didn’t worry about them at all while I was away. Brittany made drop-in visits twice a day and was very attentive with my two cats. She even made my shy cat comfortable enough to come out and make friends. She administered topical medicine to my senior cat twice a day for a week and generally handled my cats extremely well. I felt very comfortable and confident with them in her care!
Sarah was amazing. She played with Chesney, brushed him (and found the brush even when I couldn’t clearly remember where it was) and actually hid and observed him to figure out how he was getting through the fences inside the house. Chesney is a big guy and high energy and it didn’t faze Sarah! She kept me posted and really went the extra mile to make sure Chesney and my home were safe. I’d recommend Sarah to anyone and will definitely use her again
