That attention to detail made all the difference. Additionally, Pat sends plenty of updates and photos, which helps so much to ease any anxiety and makes missing him a lot easier. I can't forget to mention Mojo, who is an excellent host and also went above and beyond to make Marrow feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!
Winston adores Victor! Win had a long stay with Victor over the New Years as we were out of the country. We felt comfortable and confident that he was in good hands with Victor. Boarding Otto with Michael and Alaina was completely stress free. I never worried for a second while he was in their care. They suggested to meet beforehand with their pup Deji where the boys became instant friends. Michael and Alaina were extremely responsive, communicative, and clearly attentive throughout the stay. Asia is an excellent sitter. She's very outgoing and responsive, communication was a breeze. Asia did a great job with our dog who is a senior and requires several types of medication, multiple times per day. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great dog sitter.
Veronica is the best! She sends lots of pictures of Benny and is always responsive. She’s been flexible and understanding with schedule changes. Recently she offered to pick Benny up from me, which was extremely helpful, and even returned something to me that we left behind at her house. Benny loves going there and I know he is taken great care of!
Alador and his partner took care of our girl, Sammi for 10 nights. They sent daily photos and videos and were flexible to extend her stay when we encountered some travel troubles. We really appreciated all the updates to give us peace of mind that Sammi was doing ok.
