Shane provided me daily updates and photos of my dog, which I really appreciated. Prior to boarding, he did a meet-and-greet with me so he could see if my dog is a good fit which made me confident that the dogs he watches are well-behaved and get along. He treated my dog very kindly and I would not hesitate to entrust him with my dog in the future.”
