About: I have owned and loved pets my whole life. Growing up I owned dogs, and took care of neighborhood dogs and cats. Now, I own two cats, and love visiting with and taking care of pets of friends and family. I am available most days and times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Flexible scheduling, and happy to work with your pets routine care and needs! I know how deeply people care for their pets, as a pet owner myself. Each pet has their own personality and attention needs. Whether it be an excitable dog, or a cat that needs a little extra space to feel comfortable, I think it is important to make sure the level they need is appropriately met!

“Paul was great with our senior dog! He was very patient with her on their walks. He was also quick to respond and kept us updated each day. Will definitely use him again!”

“Jessica is great! She has a good rapport with Franklin, is communicative, trustworthy and flexible. We will continue to work with her and recommend her to any other pet owners :)”

“Carolina is so wonderful! She truly cares about Ali, though her well-being, and that she has fun on her walk. Carolina is flexible and responsive. I truly trust her with Ali’s care!”

About: I have taken care of anything from giant farm dogs to tiny orange kittens and have love to give for every creature in between. With experience in medical fostering for dogs, I am an attentive, gentle, person excited to take care of your fur baby. I am available on weekdays with the exception of Tuesday. I can drop in for a mid-day potty break or an evening walk, whatever timing suits you and your pet best. I am the walking equivalent of a defensive driver - I am attentive on trails and sidewalks to ensure a safe and enjoyable outing for your pet.
“Ilana has been walking our dog for about a year and has also hosted him overnight for a few days. We recently moved out of the neighborhood and will miss Ilana dearly! Our dog looked forward to seeing her every week and always comes back very happy from his walks with her. We are so grateful for Ilana and would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or walker.”

About: I’m a registered nurse and lifelong animal lover, offering attentive, compassionate care. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, administering medications, and ensuring every pet feels safe and loved. I work full-time as a registered nurse on a 3x12 schedule, which gives me four days off each week. On my days off, I dedicate my time to providing attentive, loving care for pets, including walks, playtime, feeding, and any special needs. My flexible schedule allows me to offer consistent, reliable care while giving pets the attention they deserve I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for pets, whether in my home or theirs. I follow each pet’s routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. I give plenty of attention, monitor their health, and make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for at all times
“So far so good! :) Julie and Jinny appear to have become fast friends, which is a relief! Julie has extensive experience with dogs, understood all of the standard dog-owner concerns (other dogs, crossing streets — all of the #things). And of course she’s very polite. Both Jinny and I look forward to future appointments!”

About: I have dogs and cats, and experience with all types from high energy to seniors! My sweet Australian cattle dog was reactive and high-energy, so I am familiar with training and walking those types of smart dogs. I also have a soft spot for seniors who want to move at their own pace and just want love and attention. I want to help make your life easier and make sure your pets are happy while you're away, I know how much that peace of mind matters when you're away from your babies! I work remote from home so my schedule is pretty flexible! I may have meetings during the week that I can't move, but if time off day for drop-ins or walks is flexible on your side, I can find a time that works. I'd prefer to always do a meet and greet first to know where everything is if I need it -- from leashes and toys to cleaning supplies and emergency contact and vet numbers.
“Thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of my dog! I cannot thank you enough for making sure she got a good walk despite the unanticipated difficulties at the beginning. I would happily recommend you to anyone who needed a walker!”

“Elena was amazing with my dog! Not only was she sweet to Josie, but she was communicative, organized, and kind. It made my whole week better knowing that I didn’t have to worry about my dog. I’ll definitely rebook!!”

“Erin was phenomenal! She was available last minute which was a lifesaver. She was absolutely wonderful with my dog and gave a very detailed report which helped ease my anxiety.”

I am available almost every day and weekend. I’m currently working part time, so I am home quite often when caring for your pets. I also live with my parents who help me out whenever they can. I currently live in a 3 level home, have a fenced backyard, and a very walkable neighborhood. I can also crate your dog if you prefer.
“Nathan has been walking my dog, Obi, consistently 3 days per week for two weeks and has done a great job! He was patient with my initially skeptical dog and Obi has come to trust him and enjoys their walks! I recommend Nathan's services if you are looking for a dog walker or other support with your dog.”

“Hilary was great with our pug! She was reliable and provided updates and was even able to get our girl back in her crate after her walk, when she can be a bit stubborn. She was communicative and made booking and everything easy! Will definitely book Hilary again!”

Braddock Road Metro dog parents share their Rover experiences
Albedardo is such a genuine and trustworthy guy! We love him and so do our pups! Our little dogs are like our children so we need to be sure that anyone we entrust their care to is going to treat them with love and kindness. Albedardo does this and then some. Absolutely top class young man, super reliable and flawless communication always keeping us informed of even the tiniest details so that we’re never left wondering how the visit went and how the dogs are doing when we’re not there. Highly recommended!

Ann went above and beyond. Bandit was having an off day and there were several unexpected challenges throughout the visit, but she handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Rather than rushing him, she took the time to earn his trust and make sure he was comfortable before heading out. Her communication was excellent, despite me being unavailable to answer questions while I was with my trainer, and it was clear she genuinely cared about Bandit’s wellbeing. I’m incredibly appreciative of the extra effort she put in and would gladly book her again.

Zeynep has been walking our dog, Mischa, for nearly three years now, and is the absolute best!! She is so great with Mischa and is always easy to communicate with, kind, flexible, extremely reliable… the list goes on! She also sends lots of pictures!! We are so grateful for Zeynep, and Mischa absolutely loves her!

Laurie did a great job with our rambunctious bernedoodle puppy! She is reliable, very punctual and caring. She was able to help us on short notice and we really appreciated knowing that we could trust her with our puppy while my husband and I were unable to take her on her morning walks for a couple days. I would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole is so, so good with anxious dogs like mine. She has a calm energy but isn’t a pushover. That’s important because anxious dogs need to know that someone is in charge. She totally won Ralphie over. If at first he didn’t want to walk far, she still stayed for the full 30 minutes just to pet and talk to him. After a couple of weeks, he totally trusted her and was much more relaxed about walking further. I really can’t say enough good things about Nicole! Ralphie loves her. She’s a gem.

Erin was fantastic! She was a great communicator, reliable, and updated us following her walk. She gave us peace of mind and made us feel completely comfortable knowing our Thurgie was well cared for. We came home to a happy pup and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’d definitely book with Erin again and highly recommend her to others!

Hilary was great with our pug! She was reliable and provided updates and was even able to get our girl back in her crate after her walk, when she can be a bit stubborn. She was communicative and made booking and everything easy! Will definitely book Hilary again!
