As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for dogs and cats since childhood. Growing up with Labrador Retrievers, German Shepherds, and at least one cat in the home, I’ve developed a deep connection with animals and a true passion for providing the best care possible. With years of experience fostering cat-friendly dogs, I’m well-versed in making dogs feel comfortable, welcomed, and loved in a new environment. My personal dogs also love hosting new furry friends and enjoy playtime and companionship. What I Offer: In-home boarding: Your dog will enjoy playtime, affection, and free access to furniture (including the bed and dog friendly cats and dogs who will respect your dogs needs and wants. Walks & runs: Skilled at leash walking, I will provide regular exercise tailored to your dog’s energy level, with plenty of motivation and treats. Drop in visits: I will spend time with your pet in his comfort zone and provide as much interaction as your pet prefers. Daily updates: Photos and videos to keep you connected with your pet while you're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. Whether for walks, sitting, or boarding, your pet is in experienced, compassionate hands.

Safety, trust & environment
Your cat friendly dog is welcome in my home and will be treated like a family member at all times. Your dog will use the same door to exit the home for bathroom breaks for consistency. I will be in the backyard with your dog at all times. If your dog enjoys leashed walks or runs, I will take him for individual walks or runs (up to 3 miles), depending on weather and condition of your dog. On days when I go into the office, your dog will be crated for up to 8 hours for his safety. When I am home, your dog is welcome to be out and about with me. Your dog will always be welcome on the sofa and human bed.

This is the second time Samantha has helped us with our high maintenance Persian cats. We left for 14 days, and she went above and beyond to make sure they were loved and well taken care of. I would never have gone as long if she wasn't available, but we knew they were in good hands. Samantha is an angel, and we are so grateful for her.
No words can describe how grateful we are for Ms. Samantha. She clearly loves, respects, and understands animals. She cared for our 2 high maintenance Persian cats several times. We had very detailed and random care instructions that she understood and executed perfectly. She was kind enough to brush fur and clean their eyes. If I was a cat, I would choose her to be my cat mom. She is super gentle and intuitive to their emotions. We feel safe with her.
Sam was quick to be my savior for a work trip I had when a different rover who had just graduated highschool was unfamiliar with dogs and breeds and more so separation anxiety. Her quick responses and consistent check in’s had me so at ease. Would highly recommend this polite professional.
Samantha did a fabulous job with my kitties during a weekend away. All at the last minute on a holiday weekend too! Forever grateful for her help!

Schedule
I currently have two dogs and two cats of my own while working a hybrid work schedule. My dogs use the bathroom a few times a day and I always listen to their needs, if they require more breaks or playtime or even rest time when it's warm outside.
