About: I’m a freelance writer working from home and hoping to find new ways to explore the DC area while also meeting new furry pals. I have an open schedule and can travel. Open to long walks, drop in visits, and short stint house sitting! I just finished grad school so I have a completely open schedule! I don’t plant on traveling in the near future either. About: I grew up with dogs, ranging from Newfoundland’s to French bulldogs so it is safe to say I have experience with all sizes of dogs. You can trust me to not only keep your dog safe, but to keep them happy and healthy. I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. Would love to spend more time with animals, and can make most things work with my schedule. I am looking forward to helping keep your pet active and well cared for! I’m available for dog walking, pet check ins, and in home pet sitting if you’re away for a trip or work. Your pet will be safe and cared for with me. I prefer to care for the pets in your home as I currently am in a rental that does not allow pets. Also this will keep your pet most comfortable / in their routine.

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life, from dogs to guinea pigs, I absolutely adore animals. I’ll always be the first one in my friend groups to offer helping in any way I can with any animal. I have current open week day availability. I am available Monday through Friday 9am to about 6pm! Weekends are more iffy but may work out with enough advance! I currently have one dog, he is 4 years old and his name is Smudge. If we’re not outside on a nice day than we’re inside cuddle on the couch or rough housing (how he likes to play) he’s a very clingy dog and instead of getting frustrated I meet him in the middle. You can’t ignore dogs love languages!!!

About: I have been a Rover sitter and walker on and off for several years. I often stay in the DC area around the holidays and would be happy to help out with your pet. I also have my own dog, who is very friendly. Work from home so I can be flexible within reason of work. Mornings and evenings would work best but could do midday if close by. I care for dogs like they are my own. I love to cuddle and play with dogs and understand the patience and care needed to care for a dog.

About: Having two dogs of my own, I truly understand what it means to have a trusting person look after them when I'm away. I've had experience administering meds of all kinds as well as bandage changing when needed. I'll love on your pets as if they are my own. As a RIF'd federal employee, my time is currently my own. I'd love to spend time with your pets when you're unable to be there. I'm happy to provide the requisite number of walks required for each pet, or provide supervision in your yard if that's all that is required.
