I absolutely love caring for animals and would be so grateful to spend time with your pups, kitties, or any furry friends! I’ll provide loving care for your fur babies - to include adorable pictures - and would be happy to discuss how I can help. For boarding and daycare I’ll be with them the entire day besides occasional walks or dropins, so they’ll have my undivided attention! For walks and dropins, seeing your babies always brings me so much joy! I have plenty of time to go to your place and would love to help out. I have 10+ years of experience caring for animals, and 4+ years on Rover. Please message me any time! (More info below) About me ~ I’m 25 and grew up with two tabbies. I’ve fostered rescues during and after college. I also had two boxers when I was young, so I’ve always loved being around animals. I graduated from UVA in 2022 and pet sit alongside my remote position. I have lots of flexibility and experience with anxious doggies, friendly ones, aggressive ones, you name it. I also have experience with cats that are super social and active to those who take a few days to warm up. Let me know how I can help! *my boyfriend is sometimes around during stays/walks. He’s great with animals and helps me out but I’m always with him if that’s the case - if you’d prefer he not be there just let me know!

Lauren was amazing with our cats! She took great care of them, followed all instructions, gave my older cat his medication with no issues, and shared updates and lots of adorable photos from the drop-in visits. The cats clearly loved her and it was so great to know they were in good hands while we were traveling!

I’ve booked with Lauren several times now, and continue to do so for a reason. She is very flexible with her availability and super compassionate with my cats and her care of them. I always get tons of pictures and feedback from each one of her visits. Schedule
I’ll always be available by phone for questions and updates. I love to have company during the day and will take them on multiple walks, to a dog park if desired, or the small area for pets at my apartment which is usually empty. I also love to say hi at your home if that’s what you prefer! I’ll give them all of my attention and send lots of picture updates! In the evening I sometimes play sports or spend time with friends but am generally home during stays.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a fifth-floor apartment with a fenced area for dogs, walking paths, and a dog park close by! There’s also a people park that a few dogs have enjoyed sniffing around. Don’t be fooled by maps, there’s tons of grassy spots to explore! There are no pets of my own in the home but I do sometimes take multiple pets if they get along. It’s a spacious one bedroom with easy outdoor access, and they’re welcome to every space (beds and couches included)! There’s plenty of space for a crate or play pen if desired, and I have one that they’re welcome to use! I promise to build trusting relationships with you and your pets. A typical day
We’ll go on walks, play with their favorite toys, and be sure to take lots of pictures for their parents. For boarding, a typical day would be: 7-9am: breakfast and long morning walk 12-1pm: quick outdoor break 5-6pm: dinner and long walk 9-10pm: potty break and fresh air For dropins and walks, I’ll spend the entire time doing whatever they love most! I’ll spend time cuddling and playing with them inside as well as doing all care needed, and for doggies we can go on long walks, sniffing adventures, or just hang out! They'll receive tons of attention - exercise, cuddles, everything! I’ll also follow the schedule you share, this is just an example :)
