He accommodated our requests for pre-stay info sessions, was very informative about how Rover works and what to expect. During our time away, Jeff kept us updated regularly and I was able to enjoy our trip, and got excellent photos of our pup, to boot! We hope to hire him again!”

Kathryn was detailed and communicative when it came to her approach with the dogs, and how she managed her time with them. She took them on a field trip! She was conscientious in how she left the house and stayed with the dogs until I returned. I know the dogs were well taken care of and I didn't worry or ever have to initiate contact because Kathryn was so on top of it. Five stars!”
