Please keep in mind that Rover takes a 20% cut of what we make! :) I've spent over twelve years taking care of dogs, cats, lizards, and fish, with countless days of walks and house-sitting accumulated in the process! I have plenty of experience taking care of younger and older animals alike and love spending time with them. Giving animals better lives, even in small ways, is one of my lifelong goals. Seeing any animal happy makes me happy, too! I do not accept animals with severe separation anxiety and/or that have behaviors such as continuous whining, barking, clawing me, and/or having regular bathroom accidents indoors. While I do accept house stays for longer than one week, the maximum number of days I will stay is ten.

Unfortunately my cat is quite skittish and I'm not comfortable with letting another animal in my house while he is there. My backyard is good for running around and I'm willing to have your dog have playtime there, although they wouldn't be allowed inside. However, I wouldn't leave your dog unsupervised in my backyard or otherwise! As for checking in with your pet, I'm very much willing to spend long periods of time with your pet at your house and can do other various chores while visiting, particularly if I'm house-sitting.

Emma took wonderful care of our 2 pups while we were away! She was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented - even administered medication. We had no worries while away bc we knew they were in good hands. 10/10!
We had such a great experience! She was punctual, thoughtful, and followed all of my instructions perfectly. My dog absolutely adored her and seemed so happy and comfortable in her care, which means everything to me. I’d definitely trust her with my pup again!
Emma did a great job looking after our cat and bearded dragon! I appreciated her updates and coming home to two happy pets!
I went abroad for a couple weeks and was looking for someone dependable and good with my two cats — and Emma was terrific! I enjoyed reading her detailed updates and felt like my cats were in very good hands. She was very communicative and responsive, and even took the time to tidy up the place. I would definitely use her again.

Emma is a thoughtful, committed and patient dog walker. She communicates with me about each walk and provides detailed information about my dog’s demeanor and activity during it. She’s also good at enforcing our rules and disciplining our dog when he barks too much.

Schedule
Currently I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I'm available from 9:00 AM-8:00 PM and can house-sit if needed. If required, I can spend the day with your pet until you arrive home.

- While I do have lots of experience with very young animals that are not house-trained, please warn me ahead of time if your pet requires floor pads, a diaper, etc. Additionally, please warn me if your pet has bad behaviors regarding begging for walks (i.e. barking/meowing until they are walked, tearing apart the house, or wanting walks outside of their schedule).
