Autumn was great with my kitties as usual!! My younger cat is usually very scared and hides from strangers, but she loves Autumn and even lets her give her medication. I am never worried when I know Autumn is checking on my kitties.

About: We are Karina and Letícia, two friends who share a deep passion for animals and have turned it into a mission to provide the best care for your pets. Together, we offer personalized Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Boarding, and Daycare services, ensuring your furry friends receive all the love, attention, and care they deserve. Our large backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space exclusively for dogs. Here, they can enjoy nature, run, play freely, burn off energy, and socialize with other dogs in a supervised and stress-free environment. We also welcome cats and can keep them separated if needed, as we have a dedicated room equipped with scratching posts where they can bask in the sunlight. While cats are free to explore the entire house, they also have access to a special playground designed to keep them entertained and happy. This setup ensures the safety and comfort of both dogs and cats, offering them a loving, cage-free environment with constant care and attention. Karina works from home as a groomer and occasionally needs to go out for dog walks. Leticia also has a flexible work schedule and is home most of the time. In the rare case that we both need to be away at the same time, it will be for a maximum of 3 to 4 hours. The dogs staying with us, have free access to the entire house but also have a designated space where they can play peacefully. With appropriate toys available at all times, they can have fun while feeling at home. Additionally, we have a fenced yard where they can run, play, and burn off energy, making new friends and enjoying a safe and welcoming environment.

About: Hi, I’m Andrea! I’ve always loved being around dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to trust the person watching your pet, so I make communication a priority by sending regular updates and photos throughout each stay. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities, and I always try to match each dog’s routine and comfort level. Whether your dog loves playtime, long walks, cuddles, or just a calm environment to relax in, I make sure they receive patience, attention, and affection during their stay. My goal is to create a clean, safe, and stress-free environment where your pet feels at home. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any special instructions you provide so your dog receives personalized care every time. I know every pet is different, and I truly enjoy building trust with both pets and owners. I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry family member! During my care I schedule specific times for feeding, walking, and play sessions, ensuring that every pet in my care receives consistent attention and affection. Caring for pets in my home involves creating a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment that caters to their individual needs. I start by designating specific areas for feeding, sleeping, and play to maintain a structured routine. I ensure these spaces are clean, free of hazards, and stocked with toys, bedding, and other essentials.

About: Even with just one year of hands-on pet care experience, I stand out because my approach focuses on attentiveness, patience, and understanding each animal’s unique personality. I’ve worked with a variety of cats—shy, energetic, senior, and special-needs—and I’ve learned how to build trust quickly through calm interaction, consistent routines, and gentle handling. I’m currently in college on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, but outside of those hours, my schedule is very flexible. Since I am not working right now, I’m available most weekdays, weekends, and evenings. This allows me to be dependable, responsive, and able to adjust to pet-care needs with plenty of open time. When I’m caring for your dog in your home, my focus is on keeping their routine consistent and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow all instructions closely and treat your space with respect.

About: My first job was being a pet sitter in high school and I did that for about two years. Once I joined the work force, I was really focused on my career and still loved caring for animals, but didn't really have the time to do so. Now I am in a position to be able to help other working pet parents whether they need to go on a work trip or just want a vacation for themselves. I'm very good at following instructions and would love to be able to give the piece of mind that their furry family is well taken care of! I am currently a full-time worker so Monday-Friday I would not be able to be at a house all day. However, all weekends and holidays I am available all day. During the week, I am able to give my full attention after 4 p.m. Any house rules I will strictly follow and will ensure that you're fur babies are able to stay on their schedule and will receive everything they need (of course to include pet rubs and cuddles).

About: As a lifelong animal lover with a degree in biology and a focus on environmental science, I have extensive experience caring for a wide variety of pets. From turtles and snakes, to fish, dogs, and cats - I've researched and worked with all types of animals throughout my career. Our family home has always been the go-to place for friends and family to bring their beloved pets when they need care. I absolutely adore getting to know each animal's unique personality and caring for them as if they were my own. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of pet sitting for all kinds of breeds, from Cane Corsos and Labradors to Labradoodles, Shih Tzu, and our own 10-year-old Morkie, October. What sets me apart is my genuine passion for animals and the meticulous, personalized attention I provide to every pet in my care. I understand that each furry (or scaly!) friend has their own needs, quirks, and preferred routine. I'm committed to maintaining that consistency, whether it's sticking to a feeding schedule, taking frequent walks, or providing plenty of playtime and cuddles. While I don't have specialized training in puppy care or senior pet support, I have ample experience caring for pets at all stages of life. Puppies and aging companions require extra patience and attention, and I'm adept at meeting their evolving needs with care and empathy. You can trust that your pet will receive the personalized attention they deserve, regardless of their age or stage of life. Whether you need a sitter for a quick errand or an extended vacation, I'll treat your pet like family. I'd be honored to provide the personalized, attentive care that will give you peace of mind, knowing your furry friend is in the best of hands. Please don't hesitate to book me for your next pet sitting needs! As a college-level tutor who primarily works from home, I have the time and flexibility to provide exceptional care for your pets. My work-from-home setup allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine, and with complete availability on weekends and during the summer, I'm well-equipped to accommodate your vacation schedules with overnight pet sitting. You can trust that your furry friends will receive the utmost care in my hands. The safety and wellbeing of your pets is my top priority when they are in my care. Whether I'm watching over them in my own home or tending to them at your residence, you can rest assured they will be in a secure, comfortable environment with constant supervision. At my home, I have a decent-sized backyard with a small fenced in area shaded by trees - the perfect outdoor oasis for your furry friends to play and explore safely. And with just one small, elderly dog of my own who likes to keep to herself, your pets will have ample individual attention and a calm, quiet space to relax. My ability to work remotely means I'm able to maintain a watchful eye on your animals at all times, providing them with the care and companionship they need throughout the day. For pets staying at your home, I'll work closely with you to understand their precise routines, preferences, and any special needs. I'll arrive prepared and adhere strictly to your pet care instructions, ensuring a seamless transition and a stress-free experience for your beloved companions. You can trust that I'll treat your home with the utmost care and respect, keeping it clean and tidy just as I would my own. About: I have been an animal lover my whole life and have been deeply invested in the care of all dogs I’ve owned. Ever since I got my first dog at just 3 years old I knew what it meant to truly care and connect with another animal. While I don’t currently care for dogs professionally I would love to open a rescue shelter one day. Most of my experience is with medium to large dogs and I currently care for my senior Akita mix named Prince. Our pets are our children and I ensure to care for yours as I would, and do, my own. Long or short walks, playing at the park or just chilling at home I’m up for it all and your pet will be in safe hands. I work remotely allowing for me to have a flexible schedule for dog walking, pet sitting, and check ins. I don’t currently have accommodations for more than one dog at my home but am easily able to travel to meet your needs. I come Prepared with poop bags, organic treats, and small toys. I work remotely, making my schedule more flexible during the weekdays for sit-ins, pet sitting, and dog walking. I am also available most weekends for any needed care. Since I am currently caring for my senior dog Prince, the area I live in is equipped for the needs of all dogs. There are two large grassy areas to explore as well as a park just 2 miles away. I carry poop bags with me so I can easily clean up after your pet and keep our community clean. Additionally I am attentive and watchful over all pets in my care.

Cassandra is an absolutely fantastic sitter. She is proactive, detail oriented, and reliable. We were gone for a week and have two very spoiled cats. I left a long list of things I wanted her to do for us, including giving one of our cats his inhaler every day, and mixing in supplements into food, along with lots of preferences to keep their routine as normal as possible. Cassandra not only followed everything we requested, but went above and beyond. She gave us detailed reports about how the cats were doing and photos every day for us. We do not leave our cats alone often and I was so happy to have someone that I knew was exceedingly capable of caring for them. We had a few issues with another sitter that was also booked for another time of day while we were away on the same trip, and I think I would've lost my mind if Cassandra wasn't around. She gave me peace of mind that she was handling any potential problems, even if she wasn't the one that caused them. Thank you again for all of your efforts and keeping Spooky and Jinx happy and healthy while we were away!

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 94% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
