I abide by the instructions set by the client, but place a premium on pet safety. Pets will not be forced into harnesses until they feel comfortable with me, I take care to make sure no pets escape, and that I leave every home as I found it.

She went above and beyond to help Rom by trying to spend time with our anti social cat. Having Claudia there really reduced our worry providing Rom with excellent care.
Tiffanie was wonderful watching our cat, Pekoe, during our 2 week international vacation. We definitely went in with anxieties about the length of our time away plus the time difference, but Tiffanie's attentiveness (and the plentiful pictures) reassured us that Pekoe was getting the proper care.
