Leo was amazing and did an excellent job looking after Bernie!! We were able to have a meet and greet ahead of time so I could show Leo where everything is. Both beforehand and during the booking, he was so responsive and communicative. The cards he sent after the check-ins were fantastic and Leo always sent plenty of photos! Jen was wonderful. She came to meet and greet my two cats and ensured she understood the process of getting in and out and their daily routines. She clearly has an affinity for them as even my more anxious cat became comfortable with her after just a couple visits.
Mya was an outstanding sitter for our cat while we were away on vacation! She took care of our cat exactly as instructed (including giving medication) and made sure to spend time with her (even though the cat is shy!). She sent lots of great photos of our cat and we had peace of mind knowing Mya was on the job.
