I would not recommend her if you need someone to look after your pet. Julissa was kind in person and very responsive while I was away, which made me hopeful that I would be happy with her service. My apartment floor was covered in cat litter when I arrived home, the litter in the cat box wasn’t replaced, trash bags filled with pet waste were left barely tied closed in my living room, and my table was covered in dry crusted wet cat treats. I informed her exactly where trash was meant to be disposed of and where I stored my supplies for (MINOR and reasonable) cleaning tasks were. These were not utilized. Julissa asked me which of my packages contained new wet cat food and proceeded to open my mail without waiting for my response. An alternate option for food was available, so she needlessly opened my mail without my consent. If she was confused about anything, I would have had no idea, as she did not ask any questions or for help.

Nugget had a nice time and was well cared for when she got a little sick on her first day. I appreciated all the photos!
