About: I have always taken care of my neighbors', friends' and family's pets when they have needed me to. I also had a dog walking business when I was younger! I am on summer vacation from college so I am free all day pretty much everyday and would love to spend my free time with some adorable fur friends! I have a gate around my house and a very big backyard for them to play in. I also have a lot of space inside where I can crate them and they can be safe and comfortable.
“We loved Kalani soooooo much! Our dog, Maro, literally refused to switch to another walker after spending a few weeks with her while our regular walker was away, he adores her that much — we’re hoping he will reconsider now that she’s moving out of our area! She is amazing with dogs, super attentive and caring, and with pet parents she is perfectly professional, communicative, and reliable. 13/10 would recommend for any pet-related service!”

“This is our first time working with Michael, and he was absolutely excellent, incredibly responsive, and prompt for every walk. My pet Romeo is a senior Yorkie, and his needs are simple, but he is very old now. Michael was incredibly gentle and took his time on walks with Romeo. Sent real time updates and photos. I’m always grateful for highly communicative walkers and people who care about my pet.”

“Jannelle was so sweet with my 5-month-old puppy. My dog is a little nervous right now since she is so new, but Jannelle still got her out and about! Also, thank you so much for responding on such late notice.”

About: I’m a 27-year-old dog lover who has called DC home for the past 8 years, and caring for pups is truly one of my favorite things. As a proud dog mom myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to look after your furry family member. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I always aim to create a safe, loving, and fun experience for every pup I meet. Whether it’s a quick walk or some extra playtime, I’ll treat your dog like my own! Pet sitting fits perfectly into my schedule since I work nights and am up early with plenty of availability during the day. I follow their usual routines and any care instructions you provide, and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection so they feel right at home.

I have a large fenced dog dog park attached to my building that is seldom used, and several dog parking within walking distance, if your pet prefers to socialize among other pups. I also have several rooms in my apartment that I’m glad to use provide a spectate space for your pup if they’re not to fond of other animals.

About: Got it! Here’s the updated version: Bio: Hi! I’m a work-from-home pet lover with a flexible schedule, which means I’m available for mid-day walks, morning, or afternoon — whatever works best for you and your pup. I’ve had my own dog for six years, raising him from puppyhood, so I understand what it takes to care for a dog at every stage of life. He has health issues, and I’ve administered oral medication to him twice daily, so I’m completely comfortable and experienced with pets who have medical needs — no added stress for you there. Beyond my own dog, I’ve cared for friends’ and family members’ pets over the years and have been on Rover for several years. Most recently, I spent three years caring for a Bernedoodle who came to my home every day and stayed overnight regularly — so I have plenty of experience with both dog daycare and boarding in my own space. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. If your dog isn’t feeling their best, I’ll always communicate with you openly and handle it with care. Your pet is in good hands! Here’s a natural-sounding blurb for that section: Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. Since I work from home full time, I’m here throughout the day — there’s no rushing home between meetings or squeezing in a walk during a lunch break. My schedule is flexible enough to accommodate morning drop-offs, mid-day walks, afternoon playtime, or whatever a pet needs that day. Having cared for my own dog for six years, daily pet care is just a normal part of my life — feeding, walks, medication, and check-ins are already built into my day. It’s less of an added responsibility and more of something I genuinely enjoy. I’m comfortable walking pets around the city in various neighborhoods(reactive or friendly pets). I’m happy to play with, feed, crate, etc. pets after their walks or drop ins.
About: I worked at petsmart pets hotel for a couple of years after high school and I loved it. I love all dogs. I especially love boxers and Malteses. I've had several different pets over my lifetime but mainly cats. I currently have a beagle lab mix that keeps me on my toes I work overnight so my day schedule is completely open and I'm looking for a little more pet love to feel that space. Hopefully bringing along my girl won't be an issue as she goes with me just about everywhere. In my home, my girl is allowed to roam pretty freely as she is well house trained. She gets walked about 4, sometimes five times a day as she is a high energy dog. Whatever the pet parent requires of me in terms of caring for their pet is what I will implement in caring for their pet.

Eric is a great dog walker! He walks Ranger every week and manages him well. Since he’s a bigger dog, I always ensure a walker feels comfortable managing him, and Eric is great! He is easy to communicate with, flexible to last minute needs, and proactive in ensuring we have our weekly walk booked for a convenient time. I highly recommend Eric’s services for your one-off or regular dog care needs!

I could not say enough positive things about Cedric! He is one of the best walker/sitter Archie has ever had! Archie is a sassy older man who doesn’t love most and I think he may love Cedric more than me! Cedric is flexible, sends detailed updates, and takes him on long walks!

Will is one of the most caring and professional dog walkers we've used yet! He is super communicative and friendly, and he provides great photos and feedback. Most importantly, he is a natural dog whisperer; our girls love him, and he's so patient with their many quirks and diva demands. I always feel better knowing Will is helping our girls when I'm out of town! Highly recommend!

Myah has been absolutely fantastic with our 1-year old French bulldog Bella. She is highly organized, knows how to effectively manage different situations (Bella has some reactivity to other dogs), caring (Bella loves her!), flexible, and also proactive and clear in planning and communications. We are lucky to have found Myah in our neighborhood and look forward to continuing to work with her
