About: I had a dog named Buddy that I loved deeply for 16 years. Buddy passed away two years ago and it has been difficult moving on without him.I am looking for opportunities to dogsit for companionship and an excuse to be more active. I have dogsat for family many times and have experience caring for a range of ages and breeds. I am most familiar with caring for senior dogs. I work fully remote and will be able to be with your baby throughout the day. Please consider me you new sitter! Pet care fits into my daily routine, since I work from home, I’m able to take care of the dog during the day and night. I typically wake up pretty early and keep a regimented schedule throughout the day. I make sure the dog is walked. I make sure that I spend a little time playing with them if they’re older dogs and I spend a little time rubbing them or petting them. Some dogs don’t like all of that so you really have to pay attention to what type of dog you’re getting. Luckily I love all dogs so it’s all fun for me.

About: I’m a huge dog lover and would love to take care of your baby! I grew up with/around dogs and have been pet sitting my friends’ dogs for years. My dog, Junie, is an easygoing girl who loves long walks and playtime just as much as she loves cuddling on the couch! We’d love to have your dog join us for fun and relaxation! My dog takes some medicine so I’m comfortable providing all sorts of medicines to your dog and accommodating for any special needs they may have. I always send lots of updates and photos cuz I know how important to me when I’m away from my pup! I work from home full time so your dog won’t be alone all day. I usually take my dog Junie out at least once during the work day but we can adjust based on your pup’s needs! I want your pet to feel at home! He/she will be allowed on the furniture as long as you allow that at home (don’t want to build any bad habits 😊). Junie and I love long walks before and after work and we’d be happy to have your dog join us. There is a dog park about a 10 min walk away that we got to pretty frequently as well. If your baby is more of a couch potato, we can make that work too! My dog, Junie, is very go with the flow and will be happy to do whatever your dog wants to do!

I have a small fenced in backyard as well. Conveniently located on Capitol Hill right off 395. I work from home and walk my own dog morning, afternoon, and evening. Your dog can expect the same, plus lots of love and attention in the home both from me and my dog. Pets are treated like family in my home. I will take care of yours as if it’s mine. While our family is not ready for the full-time responsibility of having a dog of our own, we would love to welcome friendly dogs into our home and give them plenty of attention, affection, and companionship while their families are away. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can feel stressful, so I will follow your instructions carefully, communicate regularly, and provide updates and photos so you can feel confident that your dog is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. All interactions between my toddler and your dog will be closely supervised, and your dog will always have space to rest or take a break. For everyone’s safety, I am not able to accept dogs with a history of aggression, biting, resource guarding, significant reactivity toward children, or frequent jumping and mouthing. A meet-and-greet is important so we can make sure your dog feels comfortable with our family and that our home is the right environment for them. I especially enjoy caring for affectionate, easygoing dogs who appreciate companionship, playtime, walks, cuddles, and being included in everyday family life. All interactions between my son and a pet are supervised, and pets will have their own space to eat, sleep, and take a break without being disturbed. I follow each pet owner’s instructions carefully and will maintain your pet’s feeding, walking, medication, and sleeping routines.
