I have had dogs in the home all my life and am comfortable caring for any breed or age! My dog Watson is a 40 lb, 11 year old mixed breed who is about the friendliest guy you can imagine and would love to meet your pup. Although he has slowed down a bit in recent years, he is still quite active and we go for a couple walks a day. This is usually through the extensive trails that start right out of our front door. I also have a fenced-in yard behind the house in which the pups can run around chasing a ball or just lounge in the sun. I work from home and so I will be able to provide supervision of your dog at all times of the day. I do not crate my dog and don't require your dog to be crated if they are reasonably house-trained. Anything I can do to make your pup feel at home I think we can accommodate!

Joe was such a great host for Barnaby while I was on work travel. He took Barnes on walks/runs each day, had him socialize with other dogs, and always sent me an update with pictures. Joe was very communicative, quick to respond, and flexible with pick-up / drop off. Truly the best dog watcher I've used in the city, and that's including the big chains. I'll definitely be using him again
Joe was great and we would be happy to leave Dakota in his care again. He was super flexible and provided daily updates which were really appreciated. Dakota made some dog friends and seemed to enjoy his lengthy visit. Joe lives near a wooded area so it was nice for Dakota to be a little bit out of the chaos of the city.
Joe does great with my pittie Disco. He enjoys his play dates and social time. Joe is great about sending updates throughout the day.
Joe was very accommodating and took excellent care of Benji. He kept me updated and made the entire experience worry free. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.
Joe is the best! He did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of our high energy pup while we were away on a long vacation. He made sure she got plenty of exercise every day, and kept us updated with frequent photos and messages. We couldn't be more grateful!
Joe has phenomenal with Hera. He has a garden which Hera loves to sunbathe in. He is also next to some woods which is perfect for walks. Hera felt completely at home. We received regular updates unprompted which we really appreciated. Thank you Joe!

Schedule
I work from home 5 days a week and have a flexible schedule during the work day. I can easily accommodate multiple trips/walks outside during the day as needed and provide as much supervision as needed.

I have a fenced in yard although I don’t leave dogs outside unattended. I can easily separate dogs during feedings. I am happy to have a meet and greet with new clients to make sure all dogs (and people) are comfortable before the first stay.
Pets
A typical day
I can provide as many walks per day as needed. I live adjacent to a large forested park with many walking trails. I am also an avid runner and would love some company if your dog enjoys that, especially since Watson is a bit too old for it these days! Of course if your pup just wants to relax they are more than welcome to do that too! I have a large, fenced-in yard perfect for fetch or lazing in the sun. There is plenty of lounging space in the house too with dog beds in almost every room.
