About: I am great with dogs. Choose me if you want your dog to be treated like family and to get lots of exercise while you are away. I have a backyard that is fenced in, parks all around my home and we will go on lots of walks. We go on long walk in the morning and evening so your pet will get plenty of exercise and engagement with me. I currently work full time during the day with teleworking. I am free on the weekends and like to spend my time outside whenever possible. I have a fenced in backyard. I prefer to have a crate available to secure your pet if I need to run an errand - I am flexible with this request. I understand crating isn’t an option for everyone.

About: I've been a dog person my whole life. Our family has shared our home with everything from standard poodles to an American Eskimo, so I've handled big personalities, high-maintenance coats, smart dogs who need a job, and gentle seniors who need patience and a soft place to land. We recently lost our beloved standard poodle, and while we're not ready for another dog of our own yet, we have a lot of love with nowhere to go. We'd be thrilled to pour it into yours. Your dog will be our only pet, which means undivided attention: no competing for the couch, the yard, or the treats. Speaking of the yard, it's fully enclosed, so there's plenty of room to sniff, play, and stretch out safely, and we're an easy walk from a nearby park for longer outings. Our home also includes a dog-adoring 7-year-old who has grown up around dogs and knows how to be calm and respectful with them, and all interactions are supervised. By day I run a national nonprofit (from our home), so I'm organized, responsive, and used to being trusted with things that matter to other people. You'll get prompt replies, photo updates, and a sitter who actually follows your instructions, whether that's a medication schedule, a specific feeding routine, or a nightly belly rub quota. I work from home, so your dog won't be left alone for long stretches. My day has a natural rhythm that suits most dogs: a morning walk or yard time before I start work, a midday break for a potty trip and some play, and a longer walk to the park in the late afternoon once the workday winds down. In between, your dog is welcome to nap at my feet, keep an eye on the squirrels from the window, or supervise my Zoom calls. Evenings and weekends are family time, which means more play, more attention, and more couch cuddles. I'm happy to follow your dog's existing schedule for meals, medications, and bedtime, since I know routine is what helps most dogs settle into a new place quickly. Your dog's safety and comfort come first in our home. We have a fully enclosed yard for supervised play and potty breaks, and we're a short walk from several parks for longer outings, always on leash unless you've told me otherwise. I do a quick check of gates and latches before every outing, and dogs are never left unattended outside. Inside, your dog has the run of our home and is welcome on the furniture unless you'd prefer they stay off. We've never crated our own dogs, but if a crate is what makes your pup feel safe and settled, I'm happy to use one. Just bring it along with their bed, food, and anything else that smells like home.

About: Hello World! My name is Rouday and I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. In those 25 years I have had the privilege of raising three dogs, all different shapes and sizes. About: I had a dog named Buddy that I loved deeply for 16 years. Buddy passed away two years ago and it has been difficult moving on without him.I am looking for opportunities to dogsit for companionship and an excuse to be more active. I have dogsat for family many times and have experience caring for a range of ages and breeds. I am most familiar with caring for senior dogs. I work fully remote and will be able to be with your baby throughout the day. Please consider me you new sitter! Pet care fits into my daily routine, since I work from home, I’m able to take care of the dog during the day and night. I typically wake up pretty early and keep a regimented schedule throughout the day. I make sure the dog is walked. I make sure that I spend a little time playing with them if they’re older dogs and I spend a little time rubbing them or petting them. Some dogs don’t like all of that so you really have to pay attention to what type of dog you’re getting. Luckily I love all dogs so it’s all fun for me.

About: Hi! I currently have two mixed labs named Graham and chocolate who are sisters. I also have a sweet young cat named toasted marshmallow. We call them the s’more gang at home! In the past I have had two adorable dogs, a 14 year old female Husky mix and a 11 year old male Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I've trained all of my dogs to travel with me via plane, boat, metro transportation, and do some services for me. The last two dogs mentioned (Angel and Enzo) have passed away due to old age, but they were with me from puppyhood until their last breath. I also have a lot of experiences of taking care of other animals such as rabbits, rats, bearded dragons, snakes, frogs, and whatnot. I love all animals, but dogs and cats are my absolute favorite. I have experience taking care of sick animals and love animals that are especially wary of strangers or need time to warm up to. I’m currently a full time student with classes just on select days of the week, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. If I’m not housesitting for you (if you want to drop your pet off at my home), I have a huge fenced yard and lots of dog and cat beds/toys. We also have two young children under ages 4.

About: I've cared for animals my entire life, from small pets to large farm animals, and even helped on my aunt's farm growing up. My love and compassion for animals is what sets me apart. My dream is to become a veterinarian and one day open my own veterinary practice, so you can trust that your pet will be treated with the same care and attention I'd give my own. Im currently working part time at home and looking for anyway to workout during the week so I have a lot of time space and energy to run around and love your dog while being gone. My pit bull puppy does not live with me or stay at the residence but my 6 month old cat has a crate available if needed, but she usually has free roam of the house since there are no other pets in the home. She's very friendly and loves small children and other animals. I give her plenty of love and attention every day, and I truly treat her like my own baby!

She promptly responded to messages and sent photos of him settling in. Boomer goes everywhere w us, but couldn’t today due to a last minute trip change, and us having to check out of the hotel. When dropping Boomer off, we immediately felt comfortable with Sonja. We knew that we could leave him w her, enjoy the activity we had planned, and know he was in good hands. 10/10 recommend her and would 100% use her services again when in town.”
