About: i’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. my grandma growing up had a foster farm where I was there every weekend helping out where I could. any size dog from the teacup yorkies to the extra large labs are welcome in my home. my dog loves any kitty furry friend and would love to hang out! I have over 10 years of experience in taking care of any handicapped or disabled dogs! I work from home majority of the days! while I do have a studio apartment is is large with love. your dog will get multiple walks a day around my neighborhood and i’m less than 2 minutes from a large dog park. your cat will have plenty of toys & cat trees to lounge in! I can adapt to any of your furry friends needs. I am equipped in giving medications, helping with disabled animals, taking your dog for a run, a walk or even a good midday nap. whatever they need!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have had many family dogs since childhood, so caring for pets has always been a part of my life. Over the years I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family, and since moving to Washington, DC I’ve also cared for both dogs and cats, including feeding, playtime, walks, and staying at the owner's home when needed. I’m a freelance graphic designer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to work from home or from an owner's home, so pets can often have more company and attention during the day. I’m comfortable following each pet’s routine and needs, whether that means feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or reinforcing basic training habits. I enjoy spending time with animals and paying attention to their personalities and comfort levels. My wife is also around on some weekdays and all weekends, and helps care for pets as well. We live right across from Meridian Hill Park, which makes walks easy and enjoyable, and our residence also has a small dog park. Our building is very pet-friendly and home to many dog owners, creating a welcoming environment for dogs. I'm very flexible as I only work part time and from my laptop, so I can work around your pet's schedule. I’m available for boarding, house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks, and I’m happy to adapt to your schedule and your pet’s usual routine to make things as easy and comfortable as possible. I care for pets by creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment while respecting their usual routine and habits. Whether in my home or the owner's home, I make sure they receive attention, playtime, exercise, meals on schedule, and a space where they can feel relaxed and secure.

My routine allows for consistent potty breaks, midday play sessions, and plenty of evening attention to keep your pet happy and engaged Safety is my top priority. When pets are in my care, I maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and always follow the owner’s specific instructions regarding exercise and diet. For home visits, I am extremely respectful of your space and keep a close eye on your pet at all times. I am happy to provide regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your 'fur baby' is in good hands.

About: My husband Galen and I have both had dogs since we were in our teens. We are both experienced in caring and loving for our pups. As a couple we have owned pets together for 13 years. We are a US Air Force Family and have been stationed in DC for the past six years. We love how the community is a dog centric town!! Galen is full remote, meaning your pup will never be alone. We currently have a bulldog named Burrito. Our miniature american eskimo named Mojo unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge in December 2024. I love our dogs so much I know how nerve-racking it can be to leave your BFF to a stranger. I promise I’ll provide your pet the love and attention they want or need as if they were my own. My husband is full remote and I unfortunately am back in the office full time. Galen will be home with the pups all day. I do an early morning walk and an after work walk while he does multiple midday walks. In the evenings we both are able to take the pups on long walks. We monitor any bones given and are in close proximity during feeding time. We also continuously reinforce good behaviors by pets, praise, and treats if you allow. We only accept one dog at a time. Pups are allowed on the couch. Bundy Dog Park is across the street, if you allow for additional exercise. Your dog will receive lots of pets, praise and love while in our home!

About: I have been helping my mom with rover since she started two years ago and I want to do this on my own. My mom has a five star rating and so once I earn your trust and get to care and love your fur babv. I’m currently in high’s school finishing up to start on my adult life and work in the big world and hoping I can start on that with rover. I have a fenced back and front yard. Safety is my number one priority. I do what’s best for the owner and pet. So if you prefer them to be walked around the block, go to the dog park or just burn energy in the yard i will do what’s best for you and your fur baby
