Hi, I’m Mac! Dogs have been a joyful part of my life for as long as I can remember - I’ve spent years caring for dogs in my community through daycare and boarding, along with raising several of my own. I love meeting new pups and taking the time to understand their unique and funky personalities with plenty of patience, care, and LOTS of attention of course. I always go the extra mile for pups to feel comfortable and excited to head over to my place, whether that means walks, meals, brushing, playtime, baths, or endless cuddles.

Schedule
My girlfriend and I both work from home, so your dog will receive non-stop love, attention, and walks to the park. Due to this arrangement, we are also super flexible to scheduling needs and can work to accommodate a schedule that works for your pup. We accept drop offs as early as 7a and pick ups as late as 9:45p.

Safety, trust & environment
I allow dogs on the furniture and also have multiple dog beds available around the house. I have experience crating dogs and am happy to do so if that would work best for your pup.

A typical day
Pups know that my place is where the fun is! I love spending time outdoors and bringing pups on playful park strolls or trips to the dog park (with parent permission), including the S Street dog park or nearby Rock Creek Park. On stormy days, I set up interactive games and mentally-stimulating treats to keep your dog busy and engaged. I especially enjoy making frozen Kongs filled with tasty treats. Our home has several types and sizes of toys, ranging from soft toys for gentle pups to interactive treat dispensers for dogs who need a little extra stimulation.
