Hi there! My name is Mary and I’m 29 years old. I’ve been a dog owner for 22 years and an animal lover all of my life. I frequently have helped babysit dogs over the past 10 years. I moved to DC recently from NY and I am missing having a furry friend in my life, as my dog stayed up north with my mom. I am comfortable with all different types of dogs- big or small, I love them all! What makes me special is my love for animals, my energy, and my adaptability for any different situation I’m in. Mary was amazing with my dog, Ellie! She provided lots of updates and photos, and even went back for an extra check in when my flight was delayed.
As always Saaya had a great long weekend with Mary! I really appreciated the frequent updates and pictures. I was a little worried about the noise and fireworks, but Mary made sure Saaya was safe and I was reassured

Mary was great! She was responsive, followed instructions, and was willing to use my tracking app for my dog which helped with my peace of mind. I really appreciated all she did for my dog and she took her on lots of walks! :) will definitely use her services again!
Mary had been great with both my dog Coda and her communication. My dog is a rescue and can be nervous around new people. Mary worked with me so that we could ensure Coda would be less nervous. And she’s been happily going along with Mary with her walks. Most importantly Mary lets me know how Coda does and gives me a lot of peace of mind that Coda is safe. Highly recommend

I work full-time currently and I have the ability to work from home so I am able to adapt my schedule to the animal as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently live in a pet friendly apartment complex with access to various walking areas and not far from a variety of dog parks. I am happy to accommodate the pet either at my apartment or at the clients home.
A typical day
Go to parks & on long walks. Also I love snuggling up with the dogs after a long day. Your furry friend is more than welcome to make themselves comfortable on my couch right next to me.
