I started watching dogs through Rover while completing a graduate program, and then continued so my senior lab/shar-pei mix had some dog company from time to time! I now have a new sweet and friendly 8 month old puppy who loves to share the apartment with other dogs. I love walking at Lincoln Park, Congressional Cemetary and Kingman Island, a great nature preserve in the middle of the Anacostia River. I know it can be stressful leaving your pet while you're away, but I promise to treat yours like my own. I'm comfortable administering medicine and working with anxious pets. I've had great experiences using Rover when I've left town, and I know I can provide the same reliable service and peace of mind that I have received from my own dog sitters.

I have a small front yard and live near several parks, so your dog will have a lot of outdoor time. I'm happy to crate your dog when I'm gone or let him or her roam.

Lottie enjoyed her time with Alicia and Hazel! She arrived tired, since we’ve been on the road, but each afternoon, when we picked her up, Lottie was ready to go again! I knew it was a great fit when I walked Lottie to Alicia’s the 2nd day- she bounded up the steps with tail wagging!

I can always trust Alicia to take good care of Winnie! Alicia always provides updates, and Winnie definitely has a great time.
Alicia did a great job checking on our cat. Our cat can be shy meeting new people, but Alicia was very patient and took the time to let her get acclimated. She sent great photos and reports. Will definitely work with Alicia again!
Alicia was very accommodating and did a great job watching my puppy Harper! She checked in with me during her stay, and I would definitely recommend her for doggy daycare.

Schedule
I work from home every weekday except for Monday and Wednesday, but I have someone who can let your dog out those days if needed!
