About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. About: I am great with dogs. Choose me if you want your dog to be treated like family and to get lots of exercise while you are away. I have a backyard that is fenced in, parks all around my home and we will go on lots of walks. We go on long walk in the morning and evening so your pet will get plenty of exercise and engagement with me. I currently work full time during the day with teleworking. When dropping Boomer off, we immediately felt comfortable with Sonja. Buddy passed away two years ago and it has been difficult moving on without him.I am looking for opportunities to dogsit for companionship and an excuse to be more active. I work fully remote and will be able to be with your baby throughout the day. Please consider me you new sitter! Pet care fits into my daily routine, since I work from home, I’m able to take care of the dog during the day and night. I typically wake up pretty early and keep a regimented schedule throughout the day. I make sure the dog is walked. I make sure that I spend a little time playing with them if they’re older dogs and I spend a little time rubbing them or petting them. Some dogs don’t like all of that so you really have to pay attention to what type of dog you’re getting. Luckily I love all dogs so it’s all fun for me.

In the past I have had two adorable dogs, a 14 year old female Husky mix and a 11 year old male Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I've trained all of my dogs to travel with me via plane, boat, metro transportation, and do some services for me. The last two dogs mentioned (Angel and Enzo) have passed away due to old age, but they were with me from puppyhood until their last breath. I also have a lot of experiences of taking care of other animals such as rabbits, rats, bearded dragons, snakes, frogs, and whatnot. I love all animals, but dogs and cats are my absolute favorite. I have experience taking care of sick animals and love animals that are especially wary of strangers or need time to warm up to. I’m currently a full time student with classes just on select days of the week, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. If I’m not housesitting for you (if you want to drop your pet off at my home), I have a huge fenced yard and lots of dog and cat beds/toys. We also have two young children under ages 4.

About: I have taken care of pets all of my life. I currently have a Siberian husky and a fluffy cat that I care for now. I have taken care of pets for a long time. I am currently working part time, so I am available to care for your furry babies! I am available weekdays and weekends after 3pm. I love pets. I do not have a fenced back yard, but I can guarantee that you furry babies will always be cared for and watched carefully. About: I used to live on a farm in Jamaica taking care of the animals there and playing with the dogs we had. I have walked dogs before and can handle most big dogs. I have classes but I can try to be flexible. As long as good communication is used I will most likely be there to help. I will bring your dog around parks and make sure they are fine with the environment they are in. I mostly surround myself with people so the dog is likely to receive extra attention from them.

About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients.
