I just moved to the DC area and am looking for work I can do between travels. I don’t have another job, so when I’m in town I am available any day and anytime. I will be starting federal certifications soon but that will be done online.

I have a fenced yard in a gated community. I have 3 small Yorkies who are friendly with other dogs. They do have their own room if I need to keep them separate. I can board dogs here, stay at your home, or stop in and check on them…whatever works best for you! Happy to discuss any details or preferences before hand.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or requirements that I can account for. It is helpful when dogs are well behaved and are trained enough to follow at least simple commands but I understand that younger dogs may still be learning. :)
A typical day
I love going on walks or to dog parks if available and you and your dog are comfortable with that. I love helping dogs learn and keep up with tricks and commands and playing fetch.

Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with them and my family has owned them ever since I was a baby. My parents got me my own dog when I was 8 and I’ve loved them ever since. Neighbors, friends, and family have all trusted me to care for their fur babies over the years whether it be short trips or long term. I love dogs and am excited to help care for yours!
