“Over the past two weeks, Sydney has proven incredibly reliable and punctual, making sure Bodie gets his essential daily time out. Our dog always returns home happy, content, and clearly thrilled from their adventures. The photos Sydney sends from their walks are a highlight—helpful updates that let us see Bodie in action, whether he’s exploring or just being his goofy self.”

“Having Rakia walk our pup was perfect! She is communicative, friendly and on time. Luna came back very happy and tired from her walk, just what we needed! I would recommend Rakia and will be requesting her services again in the future.”

“Pauline walked/fed our senior dog during the holidays and was so great! She made our dog feel comfortable, was super communicative and sent lots of pictures, and put our minds at ease while we were on vacation during the colder days of the year. Will definitely book with Pauline again in the future - thank you!”

About: After years of caring for friends’ pups and living with a lovable Goldendoodle, I know every dog’s unique joy. I’m patient, friendly, and love making walks a fun adventure for your furry buddy. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially since I’m currently in between jobs and have a flexible schedule. I love being outdoors, so taking dogs for walks is something I can easily fit in throughout the day. It’s a great way for me to stay active, get fresh air, and spend time with other pups—it really brightens my day! I treat every pet as if they were my own. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I make sure they get plenty of active movement, have time to do their business, and get some playtime and attention. I’m very responsible and always keep dogs leashed during walks for their safety. I also pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs—like feeding schedules, medication, or preferred routines—so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.

I look forward to meeting your four-legged family members and providing them with the best possible care! My flexible schedule allows me to give the attention and love your pets need and I’m committed to making sure they stay happy and healthy! In my home, I make sure that your pets have a comfortable, safe, and loving environment where they can feel right at home. I provide plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention to make sure they’re happy and relaxed. When I care for pets in your home, I stick closely to their routines to help them feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they get the same care, attention, and love they would from you-whether that’s feeding, playtime, walks, or just keeping them company. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet like they’re part of the family!
About: From caring for my own cats since age eight to babysitting my sibling's dogs and ensuring they were walked, fed, and loved, animals have always been a big part of my life. I'm known for my affectionate care and would love to provide the same attention to your pets! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be fully available for pet care. I'm dedicated to providing loving and attentive care, especially on weekends. I have a big open space room and easy access to my backyard for pet animals. I do not own any animals the space for client pets is absolutely free.
“Thomas is amazing! He made it all the way over during a snow storm and a snowy week, quickly gained the trust of our pup (a rambunctious 100 lb Great Dane puppy) and was super responsive and super flexible during a crazy week. Would give 6 stars if possible!! Thank you, Thomas!”

About: --ONLY TAKING HYPOALLERGENIC DOGS-- I'm a DC native who enjoys walking with dogs in the woods, making art, spending time with friends, and I work as a therapist for my profession. I have taken care of dogs for neighbors and friends for most of my life, and am so happy to do it. I have not yet been able to have my own dog and so am so grateful to get to hang out with dogs in this way! I have a large backyard and also live near several parks/woody walks. I am reliable and communicative, and am someone you can count on with your dear pet. Please don't hesitant to message me with any questions. I'm currently working part-time and from home and so will have plenty of time to play with your pup! I'll take them on a walk in the morning, mid-day, and at night (unless more walks are needed). I have a fenced-in yard and live in a very quiet neighborhood. I also can crate if needed. I can have dogs stay in my home or I can house-sit depending on the proximity.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, from Great Danes and English Mastiffs to smaller breeds, and caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my daily routine. I’ve spent over five years walking dogs and doing overnight stays in clients’ homes, so I’m very comfortable providing consistent, dependable care. I also have experience administering medications and working with dogs who need a little extra support, including pups with anxiety, dog aggression, or fear of loud noises. My background working at a doggy daycare helped me learn body-language awareness, how to safely manage multiple dogs, and how to keep dogs calm, confident, and comfortable in different environments. Whether your dog needs structure, patience, extra reassurance, or a good long walk, I bring steady energy, clear communication, and a genuine love for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I am currently taking classes in the evening. That leaves me free in the morning up to early afternoon to take care of your pups. When I’m in your home taking care of your dog, I treat them like one of my own. I follow all your rules and routines to keep things familiar for them—whether that means feeding at specific times, sticking to certain walking routes, or keeping things quiet for anxious pups. I’m very mindful of leashes, doors, and anything that could be a safety concern. Dogs who need space or have triggers get calm, patient handling, and I always move at their pace. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you feel comfortable while you’re away.
