About: I’ve had a dog for 12 years and family and friends have trusted me to take care of their dogs and give them the proper care. I am playing in a summer baseball league and I work at a summer camp for 4 weeks so during that time I’ll only be available on weekends but when that isn’t happening I am mostly available during the day. We had to adjust days and times twice and she adjusted in the app and was extremely malleable, assertive and professional about everything. We added extra walks before leaving town and she was able to accommodate. We never waited on a response, she was always present when we needed to communicate. Bianca exudes trust, efficiency and professionalism - an extremely kind, gentle but assertive presence. Kona is pretty big/strong and sometimes difficult, reactive to other dogs and we were very anxious using rover walking services for the very first time - she provided the ease of mind we so desperately needed. Incredibly detailed feedback and tracking of every single walk, pee, etc… multiple pictures. Whenever we leave town and need help with Kona, we will be crossing our fingers that Bianca is available.
