“Jenny is amazing! Every interaction with her is thoughtful and with so much attention to detail. Thank you so much for taking great care of our dog, from giving her all the cuddles to sending us excellent communication updates and photos.”

About: I’ve had two dogs, and currently have one at home. I have trained both of these puppies, and with new pets I am not afraid to ask questions or accommodate to your pets’ needs. I am a full-time student, but I am looking for hobbies. I currently live at home so I have a flexible schedule. I already walk my own dog, so getting some more exercise in never hurts. I’d prefer to meet the pets beforehand so that they are comfortable with me. I want to let dogs get the most stimulation out of their walk by letting them sniff a lot.
“Krystian is always great with our pet’s! They love the care and attention they receive when he comes to check in on them. I always get lots of pictures from the visits. They are always super happy which makes me happy.”
About: Hi, I’m Eileen. I provide gentle, attentive care for small dogs, with a focus on safety, routine, and a calm home environment. My availability is primarily weekends, holidays, and selected weekday evenings, which allows me to give each dog steady, unhurried attention. I tailor care to each pup’s personality, whether that means relaxed walks, light play, quiet companionship, or simply keeping their routine familiar and reassuring. I follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, keep bowls and rest areas clean, and send thoughtful updates with photos so you can feel fully at ease. Because I have resident cats, I’m best suited for cat-savvy small dogs. I approach introductions slowly, supervise carefully, and can keep spaces separate when needed. My style is warm, detail-oriented, and intentionally limited in volume, so each dog receives the same thoughtful care I would want for my own pets. 🕰️ Schedule I work a full-time 9–5 role during weekdays, and I thoughtfully plan my pet care visits around that schedule to ensure each visit is calm, unhurried, and consistent. On weekdays, I offer evening drop-in visits, which tend to be a natural and comforting time for most cats, which is quiet, predictable, and aligned with their evening routines. On weekends and holidays, I’m available between 10am–5pm, with more flexibility to match your cat’s preferred schedule. At home, I care for my own five cats every day, so multi-cat routines, different personalities, and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment are already part of my daily life. When I visit your home, I bring that same level of attentiveness—never rushed, always respectful of your cat’s pace and space. I also keep my bookings intentionally limited so each cat receives steady, thoughtful care. Whether your cat needs quiet companionship, playtime, or medication, I make sure every visit feels consistent and reassuring for both you and your cat. My primary service is caring for cats in their own home, where many feel safest and most relaxed. I follow your instructions closely, from feeding and medication to doors, windows, lights, and entry routines. I know how much trust it takes to leave your cat and home in someone else’s care, so I treat both with great respect and attention. Each visit is tailored to your cat’s personality and your preferences. Some cats want play and affection, while others prefer quiet company and space. I pay close attention to food, water, litter box habits, and any small changes in behavior. After every visit, I send thoughtful updates with photos, videos, and a clear report, so you can feel informed and at ease while you’re away. If I ever care for a cat in my home, I would focus on slow introductions, separated food, close monitoring, and a calm, clean environment. My five resident cats are all up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and I always respect each cat’s pace and comfort level.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Having pets myself, my oldest dog being 11, I have experience in taking care of senior dogs but I also have a 3 y/o and have raised puppies myself so I am aware of everything that requires a young pup to a senior. I’m working part-time because of college so I would love to enjoy some more time with dogs!!! I am home almost everyday and don’t usually go out so I love being at home with my doggy’s! I have two friendly dogs, 1 a senior pup so he isn’t much involved and another 3 year old who loves meeting new friends and he needs friends to play with!! I also have a small fenced backyard which my dogs use to always go outside
“Marion was so generous while checking on our cats during the holidays. She gave them extra love and attention above and beyond what we expected! We came home to very happy cats that were almost disappointed it was us walking in the door rather than her! Thank you so much, Marion!!”

“Dymond was wonderful with my cat! Very responsive, caring, and easy to communicate with. This was my first time leaving my cat since adopting her and I felt very comfortable doing so knowing Dymond would be checking in on her!”

I’m comfortable with larger breeds and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. You can count on me to treat your dog like one of my own. I’ll provide plenty of updates, photos, and reliable care so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! “Hazel has been great help for our busy family and taking care of Max our fur baby. Super punctual and flexible and communicative. Max sure enjoys his walks with her. Thank you Hazel 🙏🏻”

About: Tons of experience walking dogs, plus years of experience caring for cats. While not formally trained I have an understanding for animal psychology and how best to interact in a respectful way. I also have experience administering medication for pets, including giving senior cats their insulin shots. I take walks almost every day, but would love to share than time (and get out even more) with a pup or two in tow! I treat your animals like my own, with unconditional love and attention. I respect their, and your, space and proceed as a guest in your space.

About: My first experience caring for pets began with my golden retriever, Max, who I got as a puppy when I was 9 years old. We had him for 10 amazing years until his passing in 2017. The following year, I began working at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant, where I developed a genuine interest in veterinary care. During my six years at the clinic, I gained a strong understanding of what it takes to properly care for both dogs and cats. I've worked hands-on with pets of all different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from Chihuahuas and Yorkies to French Mastiffs and Great Danes, as well as cats with a wide range of temperaments. My experience taught me how to safely handle and care for animals while also recognizing when they may be stressed, uncomfortable, or simply need a little extra patience. The health, safety, and well-being of your pet(s) will always be my top priority. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family members, and I'll put both my experience as a lifelong pet owner and my veterinary healthcare background to good use to make sure they're safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they're with me. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me plenty of time to care for your pets. I’m available throughout the week and on weekends for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my priority. With six years of veterinary assistant experience, I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and will closely follow any instructions you provide.
About: I’ve been taking care of neighborhood and family pets since I was a teenager. I’m very flexible and love to work with you to ensure you get the best care for your animals. I work as a substitute teacher and have a very flexible schedule. With enough notice, I can schedule half days or days off in the week to ensure your pet get’s more of my time. I can also work walks into my schedule before and after the school day and am fully available on weekends. I have roommates, so boarding animals might not be an option. I can always ask, though. I am comfortable staying in the pet’s home if it makes them more comfortable.

About: As I have evolved, I've found connecting and caring for fur babies brings pure joy. I am here to support your journey with your loved pets. I'm a yoga instructor and teach only on Wednesdays. Im available other weekdays and weekends, anytime after 11am usually. Im able to adjust per requests. I’m experienced with senior dogs and pets with special needs, and I always make sure every animal feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I just graduated from a master's program and am currently studying for my licensure test, so I am fairly flexible! For the next couple of months, I am looking to fill my days with pets and practice tests :) I love to send pet parents photos so you can check in on your little one while I'm with them! I also strive to keep your pet's typical routine consistent while you are away, helping your pet stay happy, healthy, and stress-free.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Rockville
Nicole was gracious to accept a last minute booking. She took very good care of my boy. He ate his dinner too fast and threw up. She immediately sent me a text message to notify me and cleaned it up. She was very reliable, attentative to Roc, and made sure my baby took all of his medicine. She was on time for all walks and left everything tidy and secure. Thank you for taking good care of my baby. I will definitely book Nicole in the future!

Jenny was great! She seems very conscientious, reliable, and concerned about our pets. She arrived at the pre-arranged time and confirmed by text. As requested by us, she called when there were questions about feeding, medication, etc. We will definitely request her support in the future.

Danny was a God-send! He was super responsive, accommodating, conscientious, and responsible. He was also wonderful with our dog, Mojito, who looks out the door every afternoon as if waiting for Danny. 😃 I can't recommend Danny enough and will definitely be using him again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
