I’ve cared for family and friend’s pets since I was a teenager. I’ve grown up with cats and have always had at least one or two in the house (at one time there were five). I have worked as a veterinary technician and am comfortable giving medications, injections, fluids, and checking blood glucose. I’m an animal person at heart and will give your pets tons of love while they’re in my care.

My goal is to make my time caring for your pets as stress free as possible - for both you and your pets. I follow all of your rules and requests very closely and will often take my own detailed notes to ensure that I don’t miss anything. I respect your home as if it’s my own. I take the time to acclimate your pets to my presence. You can expect plenty of pictures and/or videos of your pets while they’re in my care, along with any updates, questions, or concerns that may arise.

Jessica is an animal lover, and a great petsitter! She has watched my cat, Virgil for years and I always feel confident when I travel because I know that he is in good hands with her. Virgil is a unique cat, he likes lots of cuddles and walks outside, and Jess is very reponsive to his needs. I really appreciate this, because I know he can be demanding! But it is clear she just loves animals and treats them with respect and kindness. I can tell it goes both ways, because he is always happy to see her too! I also love the cute pictures she sends of him when I am away! It always brightens my day and puts me at ease because I can see him being well cared for!
Jess is an animal whisperer! She has extensive knowledge of animal behavior and health. It was a no-brainer to have her watch my senior dog. She cares for him like he is her own dog. She is great at communicating with me about any questions or concerns about my dog to make sure that he receives the best individualized care. My dog LOVES her!

Schedule
I work full time Monday through Friday, but am available for drop ins before 6:30 AM and after 3:30 PM on these days. My weekend schedule is completely open and flexible.
