“We left Lucky, our 9-year-old shepherd-lab mix, with Christopher for a week. It was the first time we engaged Christopher. Lucky usually has some anxiety during dropoff and with men, but Christopher immediately sensed it and decided to take him for a walk before I left. I appreciated that a lot. On past occasions, the anxiety has often meant Lucky doesn't eat for 1-2 days, or has an upset stomach--none of that happened this time. We got pictures and videos every day, and Christopher was responsive throughout. We will definitely want to use his boarding services again for Lucky.”

Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. Kelly took such great care of our dog Charles! She sent lots of updates - including both photos and videos every day. She was also able to give him his meds every night, no problem. Charles looked like he was right at home at her house - to the point I wasn't sure he was going to want to come home! Haha. Highly recommend Kelly if you're looking for someone to care for your dog.
Jiao was wonderful! Our pup needed a surgery unexpectedly a few days before arriving to Jiao’s, and she was absolutely wonderful and gracious in taking on additional responsibilities like administering medication and sending photos of our pup’s wound so we could monitor healing.
