I didn’t have to wonder how he was doing because she kept me so informed and reassured the entire time. What meant the most to me was how patient and understanding she was with him. Kofi is very attached to me and takes time to adjust, but she treated him with so much kindness, gentleness, and love. She truly cares about the emotional well-being of the dogs she watches, not just the basic care. Because of this, I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing he was safe, happy, and in such capable hands. “Thomas was an absolutely amazing and wonderful sitter for our little pup. We’re also so worried about leaving her with a sitter because she suffers from horrible anxiety and is so fearful of a lot of things (new people included), but from all the pictures that Thomas had sent us, it seemed like our little pup was able to quickly make a home and feel at peace for the duration of the sit. Besides being a good sitter for our fearful pup, Thomas was also very flexible and responsive. We had booked him so last minute, and we couldn’t get home in time due to the recent snow storm. As anxious as we were about these problems, Thomas was great and alleviated a lot of our stress by accepting and kindly taking care of our pup for even longer than intended. Highly recommend! And we hope to book him again sometime in the future!”

Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. I was thoroughly comfortable leaving my dog in Bianca's care and will absolutely do so again when I go out of town and can't bring my dog with me.”

This was the first time leaving our 3 dogs (2 labs and a Golden Retriever) with anyone. Not everyone can manage 3 large dogs. I was so anxious but Jaemin and his wife were wonderful. The dogs were clearly well cared for and seemed quite content in all of the photos and videos Jaemin sent. Jaemin was very responsive to texts as well. I am grateful to have found Jaemin and his wife and I highly recommend them.
Our 1-year-old pup Boomer had an amazing stay with Lauren. She kept him happy, active, and well cared for the entire time. He got to enjoy lick mats, a 2-mile walk, several play sessions, and lots of playtime with other pups which was perfect for burning off his energy. He does have a bit of separation anxiety and I was nervous about his first Rover stay, but it is clear he was comfortable, entertained, and treated like one of her own. She sent daily updates with lots of pics and was very responsive. I really appreciated the attention and care Lauren gave him, and I would absolutely trust her with him again. Highly recommend!
Melissa was a wonderful host for our dog over the long weekend! The photos and updates Melissa provided were great to let us know our dog was getting lots of walks and snuggles (her two favorite things). Melissa was very flexible about coordinating a drop off and pick up time.
