Such fun in 1+ acre fenced yard!
We are experienced in caring for dogs with all different needs, and have two pups of our own. We have fostered for over 30 dogs and helped find loving homes. We would love to care for your pup, and have a very large completely fenced yard for them to play, and they will get plenty of love and attention. We have cared for puppies, senior dogs, very shy dogs, and dogs with special needs, and they have all thrived in our home. Our own dogs are great in helping them feel confident, happy and safe. We are very patient, loving, and provide gentle care.

This was our pups' second visit with Teresa and Ted. I didn't worry about the pups at all while we were traveling, and the pups were very happy and had a great time on their own vacation. I will be booking them again!
Teresa is fantastic, loving and took such good care of our dog. She kept us up to date on his activities and sent plenty of pictures. No doubt we will be using Teresa again!

Teresa and her family were a lifesaver! We had originally booked our pups to be in a kennel for 2 weeks while we were traveling, and I had a lot of anxiety over that. I found Teresa here on Rover, and after a meet & greet, I felt immediately comfortable letting her take care of our one senior and one special needs dog. During our entire vacation, she was in communication and shared pictures and videos - which we love since we do miss the pups when we are away. And I did not worry once as I was confident the pups were in good hands. I will absolutely book with Teresa again!
Teresa was amazing! We have had a very anxious rescue mini Aussie for about 3 months. We've been working hard with her, but were very nervous about leaving her for a week. She is very skittish and has been slow to warm up to new people and tends to bolt when scared. After touring several boarding facilities, we were scared that leaving her at one of these facilities would set back our hard won progress. I found Teresa on Rover and was hopeful that her experience with fosters would make her a great fit--and indeed it was. Teresa offered to do a meet & greet, which went great. After meeting Teresa & pups & family, we were optimistic, but still nervous. My husband described himself as more nervous dropping Roo off than dropping the kids off to start preschool. Roo's stay with Teresa was amazing though. She was incredibly communicative and that really helped set us at ease. Roo came back to us happy and perhaps even more relaxed than she was before. Our experience with Teresa was phenomenal and I would recommend Teresa to anyone, especially anyone with a pup that needs a little more patience.

Schedule
We are available Thursdays- Sunday (and over most holidays). We take the pups outside multiple times a day. They have run of the main floor, which is fully puppy proofed. We can do an initial meet and greet with my pups to make everyone comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
We have two happy dogs (we do an initial meet and greet to get all comfortable), the usual routine is they have breakfast and then play, we have a large fenced yard, so they run around there also. They have run of the main floor, which is bright, large and puppy proofed. Our own pups crate for a couple of hours each day- depending on your pup, they can crate or stay loose. We give them a lot of love and care.
Pets
A typical day
If your pup loves to play, we have a large fenced yard where they can run around, sniff and explore, and play ball. It is fully fenced, and even small dogs will not be able to get out. It is dog friendly, the plants are safe and it is pretty open. There are lots of dog toys inside. If the pup is shy, or mellow, we provide them gentle, loving care, and they will have a soft quiet place to stay in the house.
