Melissa went over and beyond to take care of Freddy and gave him so much loved while we went on a trip. Freddy is very timid and shy dog and she was able make him feel comfortable and he loves her. Melissa also went over and beyond to communicate with me on a daily basis and when I was worried about our electricity going out during the heat wave that happened in our area, she made sure I knew Freddy was good and it wasn’t too hot in our house and the electricity was working which gave me peace of mind.
