“Jordan was amazing with our energetic puppy, Cooper! She always made sure to update us and sent pictures during each visit. Jordan took care of Cooper like he was her own puppy. So glad we found her and will definitely be using her services again! 100% recommend Jordan!”

“I’m not even sure where to start, Erin was AMAZING! We had an issue with the door handle that she took care of, the dogs had a rough day and she handled it, she got my mail, and even cleaned up some dog hair! One of our pups decided to go on a hunger strike and she got him eating again by hand feeding him! I would not hesitate for a second to have her back! She was the best and I highly recommend her!”

“I forgot to book a visit for a day I was at work. Jessica was fantastic. She was able to squeeze in a session to take my puppy out last minute. I really appreciate it.”

“Destiny was great with our two kitties! She did several drop ins while we were out of town and she cleaned litter and food well, as well as our kittie water fountain. She even picked up some stuff the kitties had knocked over and let us know where she put it. Additionally, she tried to befriend our shy kittie, and even though he didn't want to come out it was nice that she kept checking on him!”
“Taresse did an excellent job taking care of my cats during my recent trip. She is very responsible and reliable kitty sitter and my cats love her! She manages multiple cats, senior cats and cats on medications situations very well. I am usually greeted by my happy cats and everything looking very good and tidy when I return home.”

Our eldest cat can be a handful and she is very understanding of that. In addition, she’s great at communication. This was our third vacation having her as a sitter and we have a fourth one booked for the near future.”

About: I bring a mix of playful energy and reliable care, so pets get both attention and consistency while their owners are away. I naturally tune into each pet’s personality and demeanor—whether they’re excited, shy, anxious, or somewhere in between—and adjust my approach so they feel comfortable and understood. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs up to 15 years old, and I’m comfortable following clear instructions for feeding, litter care, and medications when needed. I pay close attention to routines and small changes in behavior, especially after I’ve spent a visit or two with a pet, which helps me quickly pick up on what they need. And yes, I fully believe in zoomies, cuddle breaks, and earning a pet’s trust through snacks and patience. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I enjoy being active and spending time with animals. I’m able to provide consistent drop-in visits and walks while maintaining a flexible schedule that allows me to be reliable for pet parents. I focus on consistency, attentiveness, and following each pet’s routine exactly as provided. During walks and drop-in visits, I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level so I can respond appropriately and keep them relaxed and secure. I make sure to follow all instructions carefully, including feeding, leash safety, and home care details, and I take my time getting to know each pet so I can notice what is normal for them and quickly spot any changes. My goal is to build trust through calm, reliable care so pets feel safe and owners feel confident while they’re away.
About: I have never met an animal that I didn’t love. I have had pets since I was young and have sitted for a variety of families. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have cared for many high demand pets. I’ve cared for young, old, sick, violent, and special needs animals. I feel confident in knowing how to handle almost any type of animal situation. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. I’m open to embracing any-type of pet. I work a part time job at a golf course a few times a week. My schedule is very flexible and my shifts are no more than 7 hours long. I am able to switch things around to accommodate the needs of your pet. I always make sure to arrange some type of meet and greet with the pets before coming into a clients homes. This way the animals can feel more safe once I come into their home. Additionally, I always make sure to go over any routines and/or schedules with clients so that I can maintain stability and consistency for the pets.
“Magda is an amazing sitter. She watched our 4 cats for the first time over Christmas break. She is incredibly punctual and attentive to all of our cats special needs and even brought potential house issues to our attention. Her communication is on point, from the meet and greet throughout the actual sitting. Wouldn't hesitate to book her again.”

About: I have had a dog almost my entire life. We had dogs in our family growing up and I’d always be the go to person for pet care. I love all animals and actually used to want to be a vet. We recently lost our dog due to an abrupt illness. My heart was shattered and I miss having a dog in my life. She was such an important part of my life! I am a nurse and work weekends and nights as we also have a toddler and 2 other children. I am home and able to care for your dog weekdays. My baby loves to go for walks also and look at dogs. I’m available for drop ins or walks during the week, maybe some weekends also. I am an active person and love dogs so I’m always looking for a reason to go for a long walk! I often bring my toddler but he loves dogs and being outside and sits great in a stroller on walks. I am a firm believer in using leashes on walks and only using fenced areas outside. I am also comfortable with harnesses. We also respect if dogs are allowed on furniture or not.
Dayton dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alexa is the BEST! Kiko had a very hard life before we adopted her last June, and is very fearful. I don't know what it is, but Alexa brings out something in her, and she just loves having Alexa around. I say that we didn't pick Alexa, Kiko did, and that is 100% true. It is very comforting to us that we have found someone so tuned in with Kiko. Thank you Alexa
